“Terrible experience! The worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. I was flying with Royal Air Maroc and the flight was delayed so the air line picked this "4 stars hotel" which in my opinion, doesn't deserve even one. The room was old and smelly and it was freezing! I decided to inform the staff at the reception and he was very rude and didn't do anything to help. At the same time another lady was asking for towels as there was nine in her bedroom and the staff said there was no towels left. What? In addition to that, the Wi-Fi wasn't working and the worst: There was NO HOT WATER in the shower and it was freezing.”
