Wonderful food - both the breakfasts and the buffet lunches/dinners really nice. Some staff were lovely too, Jessica especially. This would have given the review 5 stars...BUT... Rooms were dated, the air con was just plain annoying, and given it's location they really need to invest in proper double glazing. No sockets in the bathroom and the room amenities weren't the best. Overall a good stay but some elements for improvement. I would stay again!

My stay at Marriott Hotel in Lisbon was amazing! The room had a great view over Lisbon. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast is the best I had in a long time. There were a lot of different food stations so there weren’t waiting lines. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff is super awesome! They are friendly, they are courteous and they go above and beyond to help. I would specially like to call out Natalina who helped get me dinner in spite of me walking in right when their kitchen was shutting down for the evening. The hotel is clean and tidy, good restaurant, good food, decent gym and good pool. Thank you for making my stay amazing!

Hotel was overrun by a convention group. Pool closed early. Restaurant was closed due to group dinner. Lounge was packed. General service levels were poor. I stayed at The Ivens in the city earlier in the month. The service was five star. Same Marriott organization but vastly different level of professionalism and pride in service. I cannot recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a perfect base to see Lisbon. It's already our second stay and we will be back for sure. The staff is young and super professional. The room is huge and has big windows, so at least, the rooms that face the pool are really sunny! The bed is legit one of the best ones I've ever slept on. So absolutely no complaints on that, of course, super clean all around! The breakfast is one of the best points of the hotel. You can fill up there and go about your day with all the choices they have! The only if is the location and that the building needs some updating, however none of this makes you have a bad experience, the bolt/Uber to the nearest metro station is around 3/4€ or a nice 10 minute walk. All in all amazing hotel, nice location and amazing service! A huge thank you to the whole team!! 😊

O Brunch tem bastante variedade e um excelente aspecto. Não dou as 5 estrelas porque pelo preço praticado deveria ter mais variedade de pratos quentes.

Great hotel! Close to the airport, a little further to the city center but a can or Uber takes you there very fast. The lobby is just outstandingly pretty with all the marble. The bar, restaurant and pool area are really lovely too! I completely loved the breakfast, especially the pancake machine! The rooms were as good as you can always expect from Marriott. We were lucky because we got one that was recently renovated. One of the best shower experiences of my life. Really, I imagined myself in a spa. The view on the pool was great, gave us even more of a holiday vibe! 100% recommend this place!

Risoto tipo papa; bacalhau à Gomes de Sá deveria chamar-se espinhas à gomes de Sá; borrego duro que nem chanfana... Enfim, a água é boa e as sobremesas triviais mas sofríveis. A fruta também era boa. Portanto 1 estrela para a água outra para a fruta.

Nesta altura do Web Summit e staff de equipa liga dos campeões, o hotel estava mt composto nas, os funcionários dão mt bem conta do recado. Sempre prestáveis e simpáticos. Pequeno almoço é Top. Recomendo.

We’ve stayed here twice and each time we enjoyed our stay. People were genuinely friendly and very service oriented. The tapas bar food was so so, but the service was great, the supervisor was a man of many talents and was a wonderful host.Each time we had to take a COVID test, but for less than two Euros each they watched us take it and within minutes we were checking in. We now have our electronic vaccine certificates, so that won’t be needed again. They set us up for a personal guided tour that wasn’t much more expensive than a group tour rate and it was an 8 hour tour in a limo class Mercedes, our guide was amazingly knowledgeable and kind.

Staff was lovely. Very accommodating. I got hungry just as breakfast was closed and restaurants not open yet and they accommodated me so nicely. I ordered room service to the bar and all was well. Rooms are ok. Nice pool. Location not great unless you have a car. It’s a long15-20minute walk to the metro

Outstanding service at the Lisbon Marriott, very impressed by the friendly, attentive and flexible staff who really go the extra mile. The hotel is high quality, the only disappointment is the location which is a little stranded between busy roads with little to see or do in walking distance. However a quick taxi ride takes you into Lisbon so this can still be a good base to explore. Food is good hotel standard, rooms comfortable and clean. Thoroughly recommended.

Nice hotel. Spent about 3 days. Start of October. Swimming pool available (The water was cold in the pool). Despite small issues, I had a good time.

Excelente localizacao, staff competente e simpático, preços elevados e comidas muito boas. Estacionamento local ou nas imediações pago. Transportes públicos, hospital, restaurantes e comércio local nas imediações. Os quartos são muito agradáveis, espaçosos e bem decorados.

Hotel staff are so friendly and always helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious with an amazing open view to the city or to the swimming pool. Housekeeping is much better than lots of places that I have visited specially with the small details… However… I was disappointed when they refused to keep a package for one of my friends to pickup after my check out due to Covid.

Buen hotel de la cadena Marriott aunque bastante alejado del centro e incluso de la estación de metro más cercana, que sería la de Sete Ríos que esta a unos 20 minutos andando. Difícil aparcar por los alrededores por lo que es casi obligado usar el parking del hotel. Personal muy agradable. Desayunos magníficos. Por el momento hay habitaciones y plantas renovadas y otras más antiguas en curso de renovación. Tiene piscina. Agradable lounge y servicio de retirada y entrega de vehículos. Suele estar bastante concurrido.

Spacious public areas. Knowledgeable concierge. Staff were slow and kept us waiting starting with check in Room service was non existent. Housekeeping kept my daughter without a bed for 2 nights Check in staff were clueless. Our group was given rooms in different floors

Esperaba un mejor servicio. Llegamos el día 13-08-2017 casi a las 8 pm. Nos dieron una habitación que cuando llegamos abrir la puerta, todavía no estaba la tarjeta habilitada. Tuvimos que bajar a la recepción, donde nos activaron las llaves, pero al abrirlas, la habitación estaba sucia, sin arreglar todavía. Por lo que tuvimos que volver a bajar a recepción donde se nos cambio la habitación. Sinceramente, esperaba un mejor servicio. Es la primera vez que voy a un hotel Marriott y fue muy pésima la atención. Además, el internet del hotel es malo malo. Mi peor experiencia.
