Pessoal agradável. Senhoras de limpeza simpáticas. Quarto em si não era bom e antigo. Uma atmosfera muito diferente do lobby renovado. Chuveiro com cortina suja e cheiro de mofo no quarto. Vista de uma garagem. Garagem de estacionamento em si é bom se você tiver um carro pequeno. Localização é perfeita. Se você estiver com um orçamento apertado, esta é definitivamente uma opção, mas eu gastaria mais na próxima vez!

Não era bem como nas fotos, mas estava limpo. A equipe do hotel foi muito simpática e prestativa. Gostaria de avisar sobre a garagem. É íngreme e muito estreito! Acabamos arranhando a lateral do nosso carro alugado porque era muito estreito. Se você tem um carro pequeno, esta pode ser uma boa opção. Era perto da praia e das coisas que podiam ser percorridas em Waikiki.

Acessível, muito bom pessoal, estacionamento conveniente e inclusivo, lavanderia, pequena academia (muito conveniente) Spa, pequena piscina, localização conveniente. O serviço de quarto é fornecido diariamente, incluindo fins de semana. Este hotel não vem sem alguns aspectos negativos. O estacionamento é muito estreito para navegar; portanto, veículos compactos podem manobrar melhor no estacionamento. Os quartos são confortáveis, mas têm muito poucas tomadas e luzes e nenhum micro-ondas. Há apenas um micro-ondas para todos os 18 andares do hotel e está localizado no 9º andar.

Affordable, very nice staff, convenient and inclusive parking, laundry facility, small gym ( very convenient) Spa, small pool, convenient location. Room service is provided daily, including weekends. This hotel does not come without a few negative aspects. Parking is very narrow to navigate; therefore, compact vehicles can best maneuver in the parking lot. The rooms are comfortable, but have very few outlets and lights and no microwave. There is only one microwave for all 18 floors of hotel and it is located on the 9th floor.

Wasn't quite like the pictures, but was clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would warn about the parking garage. It is steep and VERY narrow! We ended up scratching the side of our rental car because it was too narrow. If you have a small car, this could be a good option. It was close to the beach and walkable things in Waikiki.

Front desk and hospitality staff was friendly and welcoming. Clean, safe and quiet. Great location, within walking distance of the beach, food and shops.. I would definitely stay here again.

Equipe agradável, mas estacionamentos muito apertados, fáceis de raspar e danificar seu carro. arrumação veio uma vez, mas não alterar os lençóis, ou vácuo em uma estadia de 4 noites. Meu primo e eu fomos comidos muito mal, pelo que se acreditava ser percevejos. Sem microondas no quarto e café não tão bom. Vale a pena economizar um pouco mais de dinheiro para um hotel melhor.

Do not stay here.You have been forewarned.Nice staff but very tight parking lots, easy to scrape and damage yourcar.Housekeeping came in once but did not change the sheets, or vacuum on a 4 night stay. My cousin and I both got eaten up pretty bad, by which was believed to be bed bugs.No microwave in room, and coffee not that good at all. Its worth it to save up a little more money for a better hotel.

No quadro geral, é melhor atravessar a rua ou qualquer outro local pelo dinheiro que é cobrado. Eu não recomendo esta localização até que remodelem todo o hotel. O pessoal do contrato e do DoD deve considerar outro local até que este local atenda à marca anunciada (condições insatisfatórias). Corrija esses problemas e crie o ambiente anunciado para alterar minha nota 1 para uma nota mais alta que valha o valor cobrado. Procure outro local, economize seu tempo e dinheiro, independentemente de você pagar, sua empresa pagar ou o governo.

Sinceramente, eu gostei. Para o preço, e a localização não é ruim. É definitivamente localizado na cidade, e é uma caminhada factível até a praia, mas eu não amei a caminhada todas as vezes, especialmente na própria área de Waikiki. O Hyatt é uma opção melhor, ou o Hilton se você tiver orçamento para isso.

Overall, terrible stay. Key points: 1. Misleading information regarding resort fees, they do not tell you the actual coast until you check in. 2. This hotel is outdated for the cost and under construction in certain areas, also not published prior to booking 3. Parking fee is over priced and the spaces require higher level attention to park (super small spaces which makes the entire lot accident prone- be careful, very careful) 4. Bugs in the room, guest was bitten 6 times through the night, solution was to spray the room- unsat 5. Bathroom outdated and dirty, hair on the floors, tub would not drain, air conditioner does not cool the room, room smells like water damaged rugs,beds are lumpy in sections- if you have back problems watch out for your stay, beds have a valley for comfort- replace the mattress in each room , just spend the money and get it done, completely worn out and a 1 out of 5 for comfort. Big picture, you are better off going across the street or to any other location for the money that is charged. I do not recommend this location until they remodel the entire hotel.Contract and DoD personnel should consider another location until this location meets the mark as advertised(unsatisfactoryconditions).Fix these problems, and create the environment that is advertised to change my 1 grade to a higher grade worth the money charged. Look for another location, save your time and money regardless if you pay, your company pays, or the government.

Honestly, I liked it. For the price, and the location its not bad. It's definitely located in the city, and its a doable walk to the beach but I didn't love the walk every time especially in Waikiki area itself. The Hyatt is a better option, or the Hilton if you have the budget for it.

Let me start off by saying if I could give it zero stars I would. Their parking garage is the worst most dangerous I have ever encountered from numerous countries and states! With the condition of the walls in the garage, and after what happened to my car, I would make a safe assumption that at least 90 percent of their guest get car damage from their hazardous parking garage. Next, I was harassed at check in about my vaccination status as he assumed I just flew in. I would suggest “Good afternoon, did you just fly in?” Next we get to the room, and to say it was more than underwhelming would be an understatement. The pictures on their website do not resemble what is reality. I will start with the dirt and grime in and on the entire bathtub and shower (video and picture enclosed). The carpets in the hallways and rooms look at least 20 years old, my wife assumes older! The pool and jacuzzi are a joke! The jacuzzi is almost as big as the pool, and the pool is barely big enough for a toddler to enjoy. Lastly the offer of a complimentary breakfast voucher from IHOP is an absolute joke, and would only be sufficient for a small child! Overall their service and hospitality is second rate at best, and their three star rating should be downgraded. If you are looking for a hotel, do not choose this one!

Nossos quartos cheiravam a cães e a localização não é boa. A rampa / estacionamento é para ciclomotores e carros inteligentes e a taxa não está incluída no quarto. As portas fecham a cerca de 6 milhões de decibéis, mesmo sendo cuidadoso. Foi um verdadeiro deleite ouvir a noite toda em todo o corredor, deixe-me dizer-lhe. MAS, a equipe da recepção foi muito simpática.

Our rooms smelled like dogs and the location is not good. Parking ramp/lot is meant for mopeds and smart cars and the fee is not included with room.Doors close at about 6 million decibels, even while being carful. That was a real delight to hear all night long all through the hall, let me tell you. BUT, the front desk staff was very friendly.

Uma hospitalidade incrível e uma daquelas poucas vezes em que fica melhor do que as fotos online! Eles garantiram que tivéssemos uma experiência incrível para a nossa lua de mel e a vista parcial para o mar é linda! A cama e travesseiros também eram perfeitos! Eu viajo frequentemente pelos estados e fico em todos os tipos de hotéis e esta foi a cama mais confortável em que já estive. Com certeza ficaria novamente na minha próxima viagem!

Staffs are great. Location is good. The two things I didn't like are the parking and the bathroom. Parking lot entrance and exit are so narrow I had hard time going in and out. In addition the parking lot gets full so quick we had to park at a remote parking structure several times. The bathroom shower curtain smelled bad.

Such amazing hospitality and one of those few times where it looks better than the photos online! They made sure we had an awesome experience for our honeymoon and the partial ocean view is beautiful! The bed and pillows were also perfect! I travel frequently around the states and stay in all kinds of hotels and this was the most comfortable bed I’ve been in. Would definitely stay again on my next trip!

Eu recomendo pagar um pouco mais para ficar em outro lugar, se possível. A localização era boa, mas estou muito confiante com o número de resorts em Waikiki que você encontrará um valor melhor.No geral, fiquei muito decepcionado e desapontado. O chuveiro estava descolorido, as instalações pareciam velhas, a cama não era muito confortável e o serviço de limpeza era ruim. Eu voltava para o quarto por volta das 4-5 da tarde para me preparar para o jantar, mas o quarto ainda não estava limpo. O hotel obriga você a assinar um contrato de empréstimo de toalhas, que considero incrivelmente barato. Apenas 2 toalhas no quarto e eles cobrariam $ 20 se as extras não forem devolvidas para a área da piscina. A piscina era pequena e tinha apenas 1,20 m de profundidade. Esperamos por 40 minutos para fazer o check-in, e o lobby é minúsculo. O serviço era muito pobre. A garagem era absolutamente horrível! Para fazer as curvas, você precisa dar ré e alinhar bem o carro. Má experiência geral, dou o hotel 2 estrelas exclusivamente com base na localização e conveniência em Waikiki. Felizmente não passamos muito tempo na sala, mas o fato de eles sobreviverem à competição em Waikiki está além da minha compreensão.

Não posso expressar o quão bom, útil e simplesmente incrível a equipe está aqui. Os quartos são de tamanho típico para um hotel "barato", mas era limpo e confortável, com uma vista decente (ver foto). Fizemos um bom negócio no preço, mas antes que minha esposa me dissesse isso, eu pensei que estávamos pagando muito mais porque eu não podia acreditar como toda a equipe foi cortês, rápida e acima de tudo. Fiquei impressionado com o quanto eles tentaram tornar a nossa estadia confortável (tínhamos nossos dois filhos pequenos conosco e tínhamos algumas necessidades extras, mas a equipe saltou para fazer sugestões para nos ajudar). Não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre este lugar. Eu gostaria que fosse um pouco mais perto da praia, mas a equipe e o preço compensaram quaisquer pontos negativos.

O atendimento ao cliente no Waikiki Malia by Outrigger é além de excepcional. Minha esposa e eu tínhamos reservado 5 noites para o nosso aniversário de 10 anos. Houve uma confusão com o ônibus do hotel para o nosso vôo de ida para Honolulu e, embora estivéssemos lá quase uma hora antes do nosso vôo, a companhia aérea havia parado de aceitar bagagens despachadas, então fomos forçados a perder nosso vôo. Liguei diretamente para o hotel e o representante da recepção, Robert, foi muito educado, profissional e reconfortante. Tivemos que ligar de volta quando um gerente estava de plantão para aprovar qualquer reembolso. Eles foram em frente e aprovaram um reembolso total, apesar do aviso tardio. Nós definitivamente daremos a eles nosso negócio no futuro, pois eles têm o espírito Aloha. Muito obrigado.

I would highly recommend paying a little more to stay elsewhere if possible. The location was good, but i am very confident with the number of resorts in Waikiki you will find better value. Overall I was very disappointed and underwhelmed. The shower was discolored, facilities seemed old, bed wasn’t very comfortable, and housekeeping was bad. I would come back to the room around 4-5pm to get ready for dinner and the room still was not cleaned. The hotel makes you sign a contract to borrow towels, which I find incredibly cheap. Only 2 towels in the room and they would charge $20 if the extra ones are not returned to the pool area. The pool was small and only 4ft deep. We waited 40 minutes to check in, and the lobby is tiny. The service was very poor. The garage was absolutely horrible! To make the turns you need to back up and align the car well. Bad overall experience, I give the hote 2 stars solely based on the location and convenience in Waikiki. Thankfully we didn’t spend much time in the room, but the fact they survive the competition in Waikiki is beyond me.

I cannot express how nice, helpful, and just overall amazing the staff is here. The rooms are typical in size for a "cheap" hotel, but it was clean and comfortable with a decent view (see photo). We got a good deal on the price but before my wife told me that, I thought we were paying a lot more because I couldn't believe how courteous and prompt and above-and-beyond the entire staff was. It blew me away how much they tried to make our stay comfortable (we had our two small children with us and we had some extra needs, but the staff jumped to make suggestions to help us out). I can't say enough good things about this place. I wish it was a little closer to the beach, but the staff and the price made up for any negatives.

The customer service at Waikiki Malia by Outrigger is beyond exceptional. My wife and I had booked 5 nights for our 10-year anniversary. There was a mix up with our hotel shuttle for our departing flight into Honolulu, and though we were there nearly an hour before our flight, the airline had stopped accepting checked baggage, so we were forced to miss our flight. I called the hotel directly and the front desk rep, Robert, was very polite, professional and reassuring. We had to end up calling back when a manager was on shift to approve any refunds. They went ahead and approved a full refund, despite the late notice. We definitely will give them our business in the future as they have the Aloha spirit. Thank you so much.

Bom: a localização é boa e os preços do estacionamento eram bons, com privilégios de entrada e saída. Os funcionários do hotel foram simpáticos.O ruim: além do lobby, os quartos e corredores estavam desatualizados e um pouco degradados. Ferrugem no banheiro e no chuveiro era baixa. A garagem de estacionamento é uma das mais apertadas que existem. Todo mundo entra e você ouve que o material rodante está raspando contra o deck do estacionamento ou paredes não recomendado se você não for um motorista experiente. O hotel parece atrair mais gente para festas, pois tem preços mais baratos do que a maioria dos outros. Uma noite, tivemos que chamar a segurança às 2h da manhã para ouvir música alta. Plugues e iluminação limitados.Conclusão: se você gosta de um lugar para ir, coloque a cabeça ... vá em frente. No entanto, está um pouco desgastado e o hotel pode usar alguma pintura fresca e renovações. Ou melhor limpeza.

Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos e acolhedores. Hotel é um pouco velho e desatualizado, mas se adapta às necessidades se você precisa de um lugar limpo e barato para ficar, com um orçamento. A uma curta caminhada de tudo, incluindo a praia. A pressão da água é ótima e as camas são super confortáveis. O único aviso que tenho é um pouco barulhento à noite se você estiver de frente para a rua.

Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is a little old and outdated but fits the needs if you need aclean and cheap place to stay, on a budget. Within walking distance to everything including beach. Water pressure is great and the beds are super comfy. The only disclaimer I have is its a bit noisy at night if you are facing the street.

The Good: Location is good and parking prices was good with in and out privileges. Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. The Bad: Other than the lobby, rooms and hallways were outdated and a little run down. Rust in bathroom and shower head was low. Parking garage is one of the most tightest squeeze in existence. Everyone comes in and you hear is the undercarriage scrapping against the parking deck or walls not recommended if you are not a well seasoned driver. The hotel seem to attract a more party crowd as it has cheaper prices than most others. One night we had to call security at 2am for music playing loud. Limited plugs and lighting. The Bottom Line: If you like a place to go just lay your head... go for it. However, its a little worn down and the hotel can use some fresh paint and renovations. Or better cleaning.

Originalmente estábamos en el Hotel OHANA Waikiki East, pero nos movieron a este hotel. Nos ayudaron por la molestia y nos dieron un cuarto mejor de lo que esperamos. Fueron muy agradables los empleados del hotel y querían que nuestra experiencia fuera una buena. Hasta ahorita estamos encantados con vista de las Montañas hermosas de Oahu. Definitivamente volveremos a este Hotel.
