First off we we're welcomed by Anais. She was amazing. You can tell she wants guests to feel welcomed. The hotel itself is nice. But the rooms need a refresh, especially the bathroom. Unfortunately we we're put in a room with adjoining doors to the other room and we would hear them speak and cough the whole time. So that was really annoying .

This place is just paint over dirt over mold over filth. The lobby is gorgeous and that’s where it ends. We had to change rooms as ours had mold and peeling paint and wallpaper the length of the ceiling. It smelled horribly. The worst part was that they are AWARE of the situation and actually came in to peak and be sure that housekeeping didn’t need to refresh anything after we left to go to the new room. They are still going to use it!!!

The hotel is a 5-7-minute drive from the airport and walking distance to an abundant number of restaurants. There is also restaurant and Starbucks in the lobby.The staff was kind and got us checked in quickly.The room was clean and a decent size. The hotel was a little older but had been renovated. The bed was comfortable as were the linens. The bathroom was clean as well with a shower and tub combo.Other Amenities:-Free WIFI (Bonvoy)-Outdoor pool and spa-Fitness room-Mini fridge-Microwave-Paid breakfast at the restaurant-Free airport shuttle (Every 30 minutes)

En general cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener un descanso adecuado. Está limpio , moderno y tiene buenas amenidades. La ubicación es buena hay restaurantes , farmacias y servicios cerca. Esta como a 5 minutos del aeropuerto y cuenta con transportación.

Hotel clean and nice. Customer service substandard. I waited in the wrong area for the hotel’s shuttle to come and pick me and my daughter up for almost 1 hour. I must have called them about 5 times to try to ask if I was in the right spot and when they would be arriving. Each time they rushed me off the phone. The Driver was even rude and said he was there and I was not because I was not paying attention. Despite this he still would not take the time to make sure I was in the right spot. The last time I called was to the front desk staff who was more friendly but essentially equally apathetic. I mentioned this again to the front desk person upon checking in and he just said “sorry for that”.

El hotel cuenta con lo necesario para poder pasar la noche . Esta cuidado y el valor precio relación producto es el adecuado.. lo único que no me agrada es que servicio de transportación hotel aeropuerto hotel no es es cada 30 minutos como lo indican . En una distancia de 5 minutos de recorrido . Se tardó en llegar más de 50 minutos dejando a los huéspedes en el calor por todo ese tiempo mientras las demás trasportes de otros hoteles Pasarón hasta 3 veces en 50 minutos

Very nice hotel. Very clean and convenient restaurant on the first floor as well as a fitness center on the first floor. I stayed on the concierge level, the ninth floor and was able to get breakfast there every day. Very friendly staff, very helpful and glad I stayed at this hotel. Beautiful pool too!

My flight was canceled and the airlines provided hotel stay. I wasn't sure what to expect. When I arrived to the Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel I was amazed! This was my first experience with the Renaissance Hotel. From the moment you walked in you have a wonderful experience from the lobby to the bar/dining area to the staff. A+ to the concierge with getting me a nice room with a view of the airport and the bar attendants who assisted me with my food and drink order with no delay! The room was very pleasant. The beds were comfortable and everything I needed for my stay was there. I am already making future plans to stay at the Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel upon my return to Central Florida.

Cerca del aeropuerto, la transportación es gratuita ysale cada 30minutos al aeropuerto.habitacuones amplias con servicio de café y frigobar. No hay nada cerca para conocer. Un par de restaurantes caminando y hay que tomar taxi o rentar auto para ir a las atracciones turísticas. Cuenta con varios salones de convenciones y juntas. Cuenta con Alberca, gimnasio, restaurante y bar; una pequeña área junto a recepción para comprar golosinas y bebidas.

El hotel está muy bonito además te tener una excelente ubicación. Michos restaurantes alrededor. Si vas a un evento asegúrate de ir muy temprano el parking es reducido.

Great hotel. Beds and pillows are really comfy. Room and bathroom are spacious. There’s microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in the room. From The room I got I could see some take offs from the airport. Shuttle took a little to pick us up at the airport, but we finally got here.

Has to be some of the most competent and friendly staff I’ve seen in a while. Other than the manager, he seemed to have a real attitude. Not sure how his employees do such an excellent job under his leadership. Anyway, beautiful hotel. Everything was clean and smelled nice. You can tell it’s an older hotel with updates but still very nice. The bartender Yvonne was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. 9/10 would stay again.

Ontem passamos a noite no hotel com o voucher da delta pois nosso voo foi cancelado.E mesmo apresentando o voucher debitaram o valor de 171.54. Estamos aguardando o estorno. E até o momento não efetuaram .já encaminhamos email para Patrick. Mas até agora não houve retorno.

Muy buen servicio. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Gran ubicación, muy cerca del aeropuerto. Tiene servicio de transportación al aeropuerto cada 30 min. Muy cerca de restaurantes y centro comercial Lee Vista. Lo mejor: el restaurante.

Fantástico hotel, sus habitaciones son grandes y confortables. El area de la piscina y jacuzzi es perfecta para relajar, limpia y muy bien distribuida. Su desayuno variado y de excelente preparación y sabor, solo tengo dos queja, cobran el parqueo y la noche que pedimos servicio a la habitación la comida llego hora y media después, medio fría y uno de los platos mal servido, llamamos a carpeta para informarles pero nos dijeron que ya habían cerrado la cocina, pensamos lo descontarían al día siguiente de la factura ya que no pudimos comérnoslo porque el pollo estaba crudo pero no fue así. Por lo demás lo recomiendo 100%, sus empleados son amables y profesionales.
