Hotel Den visit was amazing.Room quality is good, view is amazing. Pool, gym, spa amenities are amazing and refreshing.Breakfast buffet quality is delicious. Different types of cuisines are available. Most eat at ‘The Creek’ restaurant, especially complimentary breakfast.

Rooms were quite comfortable and spacious. They amenities in the property like gym, swimming pool, spa, gaming area were also well maintained. Their rooftop restaurant has a wide view of the city, they have other restaurant and a bar at ground floor as well. The food was something which me and my colleagues didn't like much. There is a big requirement to improve in the food taste and. Services. Had similar experience at dinner and the breakfast- food items meant to hot/ warm were cold, items were not available and could not arrive even after a wait of more than 15 minutes. Taste was not as per standard of 5 star property. In short- I can property is good one but they need to work on their food- menu, taste and services!

Eu tive um evento aqui. Hotel tem um belo ambiente e atmosfera. Os salões de festas também são elegantes. O serviço geral foi bom e a equipe de operações foi muito útil. A comida também era boa no sabor, embora pudesse ter sido um pouco melhor. Tuve un evento aquí. El hotel tiene un hermoso ambiente y atmósfera. Los salones de fiestas también son elegantes. En general, el servicio fue bueno y el personal de operaciones fue muy servicial. I had 14 days of stay here by company accommodation. It just a awesome experience. This hotel is so premium and feels you like a richest person. They are taking care well and making sure you are not getting disappointment in stay. Just enjoyed the stay at 17th floor with best view😊. You can see many smiling faces by the staffs over the hotel. Good Hospitality and environment.

I had an event here. Hotel has a beautiful ambience and atmosphere. The party halls are elegant too. Overall service was good and the operations staff were very helpful. Food was also good in taste, though could have been bit better. A big flaw that they did was cooked up a different main course than what we selected and upon checking they said that the particular chef is on leave today.

Eu tive uma estadia incrível de 14 dias neste hotel. Amei meu quarto de canto <3. Os quartos são bastante agradáveis, espaçosos, limpos com banheira e chuveiro separado. A única coisa que me manteve motivado por 14 dias foi a vista do meu quarto. Simplesmente perfeito! A equipe de serviço pode ser lenta às vezes, mas no geral o serviço também é bom. O café da manhã estava incluído! Buffet montado, opções saudáveis para começar o dia. O restaurante na cobertura é inútil, a única coisa que você pode lá é a vista de tirar o fôlego 😍 Amenidades como piscina, academia e área de jogo comum seriam ótimos lugares para seus hobbies.

Fui jantar e optei por um buffet no restaurante Creek. Não há muitas opções no buffet e eles pararam de servir macarrão por 9. O garçom trouxe pizza sem nem mesmo pedir. As opções de sobremesa também não eram boas. O ambiente geral era bom e a equipe foi cortês, mas a experiência não vale o preço

Belo quarto, belo ambiente em geral.O que eu não gostei - A comida. Embora houvesse uma infinidade de opções no buffet, não tinha um gosto tão bom.Fiquei aqui por 2 semanas, pago pela minha empresa. Eu podia ver alguma diferença no comportamento da equipe em relação a nós em comparação com outros hóspedes. E os manipuladores de táxi foram bastante rudes!

Hermosa habitación, hermoso ambiente en general.Lo que no me gustó - La comida. Aunque había una plétora de opciones en el buffet, no sabía tan bien.Me alojé aquí por 2 semanas, pagado por mi empresa. Tuve una estadía increíble de 14 días en este hotel. Me encantó mi habitación de la esquina <3. Las habitaciones son bastante bonitas, espaciosas, limpias, con bañera y ducha separada. Lo único que me mantuvo motivado durante 14 días fue la vista desde mi habitación. ¡Simplemente perfecto! El equipo de servicio puede ser lento a veces, pero en general el servicio también es bueno. ¡El desayuno estaba incluido! Montaje de buffet, opciones saludables para empezar el día. El restaurante en la azotea es inútil, lo único que podrías hacer allí es la vista impresionante. Las comodidades como la piscina, el gimnasio y el área de juegos común serían un excelente lugar para tus pasatiempos.

Fuimos a cenar y optamos por un buffet en el restaurante Creek. No hay demasiadas opciones en el buffet y dejaron de servir fideos a las 9. El mesero trajo pizzas sin siquiera pedirlas. Las opciones de postres tampoco eran geniales. El ambiente en general fue bueno y el personal fue cortés, pero la experiencia no vale el precio.

Went for dinner and opted for a buffet at the creek restaurant. There aren't way too many options in the buffet and they stopped serving noodles by 9 itself. The waiter brought pizza's without even ordering them. The dessert options weren't great either. The overall ambience was good and staff were courteous but the experience isn't worth the price

Beautiful room, beautiful ambience overall. What I didn't like - The food. Though there were plethora of options in the buffet, it did not taste so good. I stayed here for 2 weeks, paid by my company. I could see some difference in the staff's behaviour towards us as compared to other guests. And the cab handlers were quite rude!

Estava querendo experimentar este lugar por um tempo e finalmente... Tentei o restaurante creek no Den para o jantar.A comida é boa, mas todo o resto deixa muito a desejar. Planeje passar muito tempo aqui, já que tudo leva tempo - as bebidas, a comida e até o manobrista. Os funcionários não conhecem o cardápio, então fazem viagens de ida e volta para verificar, o que aumenta ainda mais a já longa espera.No geral, não está de acordo com os padrões que você espera de um hotel estrela. Muito para melhorar, o que espero que eles façam.

Have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally did... Tried the creek restaurant at the Den for dinner.The food is good, but everything else leaves a lot to be desired. Plan to spend a lot of time here, since everything takes time - the drinks, the food and even the valet. The staff don't know about the menu themselves, so they make trips back and forth to check, which further adds to the already long wait.Overall, it's not up to the standards you expect from a star hotel. Lot to get better at, which I hope they do.

Muy justificadas las 5 estrellas. Cuenta con piscina, sauna, gimnasio, sala de juegos (pool, play station entre otros). Además cuenta con un rooftop desde donde se puede apreciar una linda panorámica de Bangalore. Las habitaciones son muy completas, amplias y cómodas.
