Excellent value for money. Very clean rooms. Modern, good location, friendly staff. And a great breakfast in the morning. Everything is five-star, the only reason why I gave it a four-star, is because the bathtub caulking was significantly damaged and could’ve been easily repaired. For them to get five stars from me. I love the location and staff! The pool and breakfast were great for our kids! It snowed the night we stayed which added to the fun adventure we had. The room was clean, recently updated or very well maintained. So nice!

They pay attention to detail, which is refreshing. They even seem to care about guests' experience at breakfast, which not all hosts do. The elevator near my assigned room was out and they were able to get me the type of room I requested elsewhere, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience. But...beware of the parking fee, which I didn't anticipate. $17/night in my case. The only unpleasant surprise.

We stayed in room 201. It was clean and quiet, as it doesn’t have a room directly next to it or below it. Yes, there’s a few things that are dated and tired at this Hampton, but overall we had a great stay. The room was updated recently, however the tub did appear to have old paint or glaze on it - it was apparent the tub had not been replaced when updates were done. The staff were great and extremely helpful, breakfast was the typical Hampton fare - it was hot & fresh, and we enjoyed what we had. If you’re one that wants to stay in your room and feel pampered, then you need to look elsewhere. If you’re looking for a place to sleep, clean up, and have a hot breakfast, then consider this Hampton. We were very happy with our stay, and would stay here again. Of note, I didn’t give 5 stars because the elevator wasn’t working and the hot tub was out of order. Apparently the elevator has had issues all year, and being out of order isn’t a new thing, according to older reviews. You can park in the back and walk into the 2nd floor from the rear of the building - just a minor inconvenience. Easy to get in/out of traffic. Hotel is about a 5 min drive to uptown, which is crazy busy compared to where this Hampton is.

Amy at the front desk if absolutely amazing. Helpful and gracious. Location is good - a little out of the hustle and bustle of town with restaurants within walking distance. Hotel cleanliness needs a serious upgrade. One of our two rooms had bloodstains and hair on the comforter. Bathroom floor didn’t seem to be clean and there was just an overall feeling of dirtiness. The AC never cooled the room and there was a weird industrial fan noise all night. Carpets were ripping where they met tile.

Eles serviram as mesmas batatas assadas muito secas dois dias seguidos (talvez tenham sido congeladas repetidamente - super ruim, somos sensíveis a isso, pois somos à base de plantas e nem sempre há coisas que podemos comer de qualquer maneira). Bob is so nice and helpful! The food staff is so sweet and accommodating. The free breakfast was above and beyond good!!

This hotel is at a good location. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast had a good variety. Coffee was available mornings and evenings.

Hotel bom, planta confusa e porta do quarto emperrando

We had never been to Sedona and since there are so many hotels there it was a little confusing which one to pick and what part of town we wanted to be in. We decided to go with Hampton Inn because it’s a chain I’ve always had good experiences with and it wasn’t outrageously priced. I would not recommend this hotel for several reasons. The rooms are small and dark. The person at the front desk when we checked in was rude. The bathroom had a couple of issues: the shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall which caused the curtain to sag and there was black mold on the wall (No vent fan I’m sure is the cause of that. The room always seemed very humid.). The breakfast buffet was another issue. They served the same very dried out roasted potatoes two days in a row (maybe they had been frozen repeatedly - super bad, we are sensitive to this since we’re plant based and there aren’t always things we can eat anyway). The pool was also a big problem. The lounge chairs were all very stretched out with the fabric ripped - on all of them. The housekeeping service was also another problem for use. They will only clean every 5 days. For the price we paid I think they should be providing a daily clean. After this experience we will avoid Hampton Inns in the future.

Our room was wonderful. Facilities are very nice. My main complaint was the total rudeness the front desk person showed to me as we checked in. I had a web page to show him that said there was not a charge for parking. He basically said too bad. He spoke over me. Did not look at what I was trying to show him. He interrupted me. He spoke to me in a condescending manner, as he said. “Well, you must not know how Sedona has changed.” What? We’d never been there before. Honestly—-I cannot recall ever being treated in such a fashion. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns across the country—very loyal Honors Points customer—I was shocked. Another man was standing there, too; I wish he would have spoken up. It all could have been handled in such a different way —- he was so off putting—he set the tone.

After five nights of a planned seven-night stay, we needed to find a new hotel. Paperthin walls, and small dark rooms were a contrast to the nice-looking building's exterior. The staff is great.Spring Break time along with Sedona being a big tourist area means we paid $400/night for a less than 2-star hotel.Since I am a Hilton Diamond member, I pleaded to be let out of my last two nights. Hilton did oblige me. I went down the street .5 miles and found a much better Hotel for less money. Summary, crazy expensive for a 2-star.Does not reflect well with other Hampton's that I have stayed at many times over the years.

Changed my review, they were ok, yet I can say most Natives are the nicest people to ever meet. Everyone of the Natives gather to help someone for a funeral. So sad every Caucasian isn't similar. Psst some pay for most of the expenses, and in return are honored for the same for years to come.

Hotel was nice; but wasn’t very clean. I found a black curly hair in my wash cloth before using it. There was hair in the bed and a big stain on the sheets. If their cleaning routine was improved, they would receive 5 stars.

Overall very negative experience and not worth the money. The issues are so plentiful it is easier to list them.-Filthy common area hallway carpets and walls. Layers of dirt on baseboards.-Dirty rooms. Floor was not vacuumed and was covered in dirt, crumbs, hair, and toenails. Concerning stains on headboard and thick layers of dust. Finger prints and substances on high touch surfaces from previous guests.-Blood stains on sheets and duvet was covered in lint and hair.-Dirty bathroom with mold, human hair, waste, and damaged floor.-Non working elevator.-Missing trim-Thermostat did not control heating and cooling unit.I am surprised that a Hilton brand hotel was this filthy. Based on other reviews, this has been an issue for some time and they are failing to address it. I highly recommend staying elsewhere.

Not worth any penny spent. Room was unclean. I asked to vacuum it myself so then I knew it was done.AC unit was on its last leg. There definitely was an animal living in it, acorns and leaves underneath it. Hair on the toilet seat and in the bed. Run down as sin. The biggest disappointed is that we were locked out of our room 6 times due a dead battery for the lock. Finally got maintenance to fix it. Did an early check out. No discount for for our inconvenience.

Not up to quality of a Hilton Chain Hotel.Bathrooms dated and dirty.I could live with dated but not dirty.Wasn't that they just didn't sweep that day as the carpets in hallway very stained and the bathroom showers have gunk in the corners.That doesn't happen overnight.There was a placard on the entry doors that have been removed and looked like someone took a hatchet to remove the placard and did not go back and repair the doors.As a Diamond member, we usually get water or some welcome gift but never a word from management.Great location as Sedona is beautiful.I would not recommend this place at this time.

We had a terrible time there at the hotel during our stay. Those were cold days and room heating was not working for both days. In addition, the lift was not working (and were told that will take some more days for repair). They charge a good amount per night but really not worth it. If you have other options, please go for those.

This hotel is located in a good spot.Unfortunately, it was under staffed so breakfast was terrible.Breakfast was from 6-10 and at 7:30 everything was out and not refilled.No bread, butter, coffee, muffins, etc.Nothing.We ended up going out both days to get breakfast from somewhere else.Their fresh morning start was terrible.The beds were not comfortable either.Pillows were flat.

Great hotel that meets the brand standards. I was greeted as an honors member which I appreciated. The hotel was clean and their was plenty of parking. Both front desk members I encountered were helpful, very pleasant, happy, and accommodating. Recommended and this hotel holds up to Hilton standards well. The complimentary breakfast was below my standards - no eggs available, but, I think that may be a Hampton Inn thing (which I do not agree with) so I will not hold that against them.
