“The hotel was absolutely amazing. The main reason I’m giving it a 4 out of 5 is because the restaurant reservations are a mess. Every restaurant we went to at night had so many empty seats yet they were “full.”
Also, we stayed in Arte but to get to Mexico (the adjacent, kid-friendly hotel) it is so difficult. We wondered around for 30 minutes trying to get to one reservation. There’s not a direct path, there are just winding paths with multiple options.
The rooms are amazing! We had an outside bathtub which was so nice! The technology in the room, light switches and STEAM shower were also great! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel but make sure you make reservations for every night you want to eat, otherwise you’ll be eating at the buffet.”

This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I'm sure!
This was the best vacation I have ever been on. The resort was beyond impressive. Such a beautiful place.The employees offered genuine, friendly hospitality.
