We stayed a week here and we were treated like family. Very nice staff, especially Francesco and Salvatore. They helped us with printing documents for cruise and helped us maneuver around Rome. The breakfast staff was also very welcoming. We love this NH chain. We stayed with them in Venice and Florence also through Costco.

The hotel is a bit outdated. The standard guest room is relatively small with quite a tight bathroom - literally barely a space between the door and the sink. The AC unit is also outdated. The restaurant is average at best. There's no bar as well which is disappointing. The only positive for me is the location of the hotel which conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and the Vatican.

My wife and I stayed here at it was an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly. Always smiling and willing to help. Everyone was very welcoming. Water was always available in the lobby. The room was quite large with two TVs. Everywhere was very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and always stocked. Location was not too bad. Close to public transport. 20 minute walk to the Vatican, and 45 minute walk to the Colosseum. There are a bunch of bars and restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Hemos viajado en familia desde el día 8 de abril hasta el 13, con desayuno incluido. Nos hemos alojado en una junior suite ( 215 ) y una Premium XL ( 112 ). Desayuno extraordinario, salón amplio y exquisito con una atención y servicio de sala impecable. Las habitaciones amplias, exteriores, limpisimas y con producto de higiene en el baño. Máquina Nespresso con cápsulas diarias. Roma es un lugar maravilloso, un museo al aire libre, para disfrutar con todos los sentidos...este hotel está en consonancia con esta ciudad...volveremos seguro!!!

I just made a 4 days event with them and I must say that all went smoothly and without issues. The quality of the services was outstanding. From the front desk, the facilities team, and the people at the restaurant. Totally recommended doing your events with your company. When we had last-minute changes, they always react with efficiency and always tried to support us in all that was possible. Thanks for the experience!

Nicely placed by the river for walking to most attractions within 30/40 mins. Clean & stylish (if a little sterile) but staff were helpful, friendly & breakfast was nice enough. Good transport links nearby if walking is not your thing although I would recommend the walking as some of the nicest spots we came across were on the way to the "normal" attractions. Room clean, not too noisy at night for a city centre so given really in Rome you are out & about most of the time this hotel does what it needs for a reasonable price. Lost a star for the little lack of atmosphere, could have been anywhere in the world, but I guess that's what you get from a chain hotel.

El hotel está muy bien , limpio , ubicación perfecta ni muy dentro del caos del turismo Romano pero tampoco muy lejos , puedes ir caminando a casi todas partes. Ahora bien cuando llegue ayer por la mañanael señor que estaba en la recepción ni me Miro al darme la llave , después bajepor qué salía de paseo, tampoco me miro a la cara , empezó a llover así que le pedí un paraguas y tampoco s Edit o a mirarme a la cara . Muy malas formas … La señora del desayuno es muy amable pero no da más de sí . Con el tema COVID ha bajado infinitamente la calidad del desayuno . Como No te lo puedes servir tú y solamente hay una persona para todo al final casi no desayunas .He vuelto al hotel …¿ un mes más tarde ? Al llegar el señor de recepción sigue sin mirarte a la cara , que lo mismo es otro pero deben tener la misma filosofía . He pasado todo el día fuera cuando he llegado deseando ducharme ponerme cómoda y picar algo en la habitación. En la habitación. NO hay ningún papel donde indique las extensiones del room service ni de recepción En el teléfono tampoco pone nada Miro en internet el número de teléfono del hotel lo consigo me escucho toda la perorata del marque 1para esto 2 para aquello Y cuando por fin da señalel fulano de recepción me cuelga . Debía seguir leyendo que es lo que hacía 15 minutos antes cuando me quede bloqueada en la puerta giratoria y suspiro y siguió leyendo…Estoy tan sorprendida del comportamiento de este hotel … antes no era así He bajado al restauranteen pijama pues ya tengo la maleta colocada para mañana salir pitando Alexandra la única persona que está en el restaurante me ha atendido con mucho bochorno por lo sucedido y ha sido muy amableysimpática , normal . Por desgracia la única opción para celiacos es “ ensalada”Señores de NH , contraten yaa más gente por qué esto lleva ya tiempo que necesita más personal … hay turismo.Es el primer NH en el queme encuentro con un personal tan pésimo en sus funciones . Fairly and potentially racist gentleman behind the front desk that will most likely ask for your room key and last name for confirmation of your stay. Especially if you're coming in after 8pm. The stay was fine but that situation really took me for a loop. I even sat in the lobby for about 30 more minutes to see if he'd confirm anyone else's stay but everyone else had the green light. I must have looked suspicious 🙄. Way to make your guests feel welcome sir.

Hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. Upon arrival, a desk clerk gave us helpful tips and stored our bags until check in. Breakfast was good. Rooms were modern, spacious and clean. Hotel is in a very convenient location, closest to the Vatican but away from the foot traffic. Would not hesitate staying here again.

Amplias y cómodas habitaciones. Las que disponen de saloncito con sofá cama son perfectas para familias. Muy buena ubicación para hacer turismo, en un barrio tranquilo.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to Vatican and to the other places as well. The room was nice, with everything inside, just a few times they forgot to leave some stuff(garbage bags,toilet paper). The towels were fresh every day. WiFi is good. The breakfast was served by the staff because of COVID, the food for 4star is ok. The service was adequate.

Hotel muy bien situado al lado del castillo de Sant Angelo y a escasos 5 minutos de Vaticano y de la Piazza di Popolo, en el barrio de Prati. Hotel bien mantenido, acogedor, con buenas instalaciones excepto el gimnasio que no merece la pena ir, solo tiene dos maquinas. Habitaciones suficientemente grande para no sentirte agobiado y modernas con todo tipo de comodidades a de más de estar en tiempos de LaCovid-19. Desayuno muy pobre sobretodo en la variedad. La atención del personal es muy buena y acogedora.Hotel very well located next to the castle of Sant Angelo and just 5 minutes walkingfrom the Vatican and Piazza di Popolo, in the Prati district. Well maintained hotel, cozy, with good facilities except the gym which is not worth going, only has two machines. Rooms big enough not to feel overwhelmed and modern with all kinds of amenities to over being in times of Covid-19. Very poor breakfast especially in the variety. The attention of the staff is very good and welcoming.

Al llegar al hotel nos dieron un upgrade a una junior suite. La habitación muy bonita y grande pero hacía mucho frío y la calefacción encendida hacía mucho ruido durante la noche. Las camas eran individuales pero unidas con una sabana, inútilmente porque se separaban siempre. Dormí fatal con mi novio. Llamé la recepción para pedir dos albornoces (un Collection debería tenerlos ya preparados) y esperé una hora. En fin decidí secarme con las toallas y al salir para cenar lo volví a repetir en recepción. A la vuelta nos encontramos tres toallas (había pedido albornoces y zapatillas) y una de ellas rota con un hueco enorme. El desayuno muy rico y los camareros bastante amables. Las recepcionistas muy majas, aunque al pedir un vaso de agua en el hall, me dijeron que y no servían agua porque el hotel esta en "saving"(?!?!?). Posición perfecta, cerca del Vaticano. Servicio muy mejorable.
