“Fantastic spa, beautiful lobby, comfortable bed and very friend receptionist/staff. However, the person I spoke to on the phone told me there was an extra charge to use the spa and couldn't give me a price, whilst the receptionist told me there wasn't. Amenities inside the rooms are also a bit sparse for a 5 star hotel in comparison to some other hotels in New Zealand. Overall an enjoyable stay”

“Our stay at this location was fantastic, and we loved every moment of it. Julian welcomed us at reception with a friendly and helpful demeanor. The room we stayed in was spacious and equipped with great amenities. We had the opportunity to indulge in the sauna and spa, which were more than just your typical spa facilities - they were quite upmarket. The food and drinks were both delicious and made for an enjoyable dining experience. I would book another stay here without hesitation.”
