“Great hotel with great service. As a Bonvoy elite user, I got an upgrade to the apartment and everything was wonderful - even a delicious welcome gift. Prices are also affordable and whenever I come to Zagreb, I will choose Westin! One of the advantages is that it is in the city center and because free parking is provided for guests. The Christmas atmosphere at this time is guaranteed. All my recommendations!”

“It's at very convenient location near city center and open markets. The bar and restaurant is good. The rooms are good. Had an issue with shower, called reception, and they said a mechanic with in five mins and he fixed it. Only thing is it could really hit in the rooms. It's the case all across Croatian hotels. Either we have to completely turned off the air or else it becomes too hot. I had to open the window... overall pleasant stay”
