“Estuve alojada a finales de Julio, al llegar al hotel no funcionó bien el datáfono y tuvieron que pasar dos veces la tarjeta de crédito, me dijeron que no se había producido el cobro pero no fué así, les envié el justificante del cargo por dos veces y directamente no me contestaron. Me cobraron dos veces el importe que debía pagar y aún a día de hoy sigo esperando la devolución de mi dinero reclamado a través de la compañía con la contraté el hotel porque ellos siguen negando que me realizaron el cargo dos veces....figura en los cargos del banco....en fin... unos estafadores. Además no tenían disponible la habitación que habíamos contratado con dos camas grandes y mi hijo de 1.80m tuvo que dormir en un sofá cama muy incómodo.....No lo recomiendo en absoluto. ESTAFADORES!!!”

“Comfortable room and the hotel looks very cozy. There were a few minuses though:
- we arrived at 6:30am at the hotel. They told us the room is ready, but we have to pay and extra 55 us dollars to get the room at that our. The price for the room was 60 us dollar so it was as if we had to pay for 2 nights, which I find quite annoying. 20-25 us dollars would have been reasonable, but 55….
- the breakfast is not great if you to ear healthy (low in sugar, no processes foods, etc). There are however enough options to find something to eat.”
