“Security measures need to be enhanced, as there is direct lift access from basement carpark to all rooms. Surrounding buildings oddful especially at carpark exit and back lane.”

“Will recommend hotel but not food, better to walk out and eat off hawker stalls if you want a taste of real malaysian food. I should know I was born there and lived there till age 17. Location,cleanliness and executive lounge were excellent. Quallity of food at restuarant was ferrible as were its inflated prices.”
