We booked our room in advance by phone then checked in in-person; we also ordered room service and had afternoon tea at the Globe. Every team member we encountered offered consistent, high-level service that was genuinely friendly and personalized. We were celebrating an anniversary, so it was a treat to receive congratulations and goodwill from many staff. We enjoyed a luxurious room, a spectacular view, amazing customer service, well-presented food with high-quality ingredients, and an incredibly quiet and comfortable sleep.
