“This was our first trip to Amsterdam and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we checked in, the level of service was top notch. We arrived very early but we only had to wait a few minutes to get a room. Hotel employees helped us retrieve our luggage from the car and took it up to our room for us. In the room, our two dogs were provided with beds, bowls, and food. The entire property is dog friendly so the dogs were even allowed to eat dinner with us in the hotel restaurant. Throughout our stay, every employee was kind and helpful and never became impatient when we asked a lot of questions. On the day that we checked out, they stored our luggage for us so that we could spend some more time in the city and then put the luggage in the car for us when we were ready to leave. We will only stay in this hotel when we return to Amsterdam. It's beautiful and in the perfect location. Highly recommend!”

“Never go here ! They just scammed me for almost 1000 EUR. They refused to cancel and we agreed to move the booking. Not they refuse to do it and worse : the manager Kyra us lying, telling I needed to answer her. When I prove her by screenshots that « no » , she just tell « I can’t do anything »
So never go to this hotel, it’s not a 5 star hotel but a one day scam !”
