“Though my trip had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, I feel compelled to complete this review for the excellent customer service which I received. Ms. Eleonore Asier-Petin (General Manager), Ms. Huguette Gabet (Reservation Manager) and all the staff which I interacted with over the phone as well as Ms. Wendy Charbonneau from American Express Reservations, were all so professional, very detailed and super helpful. They all went above and beyond to be sure I was going to have a great stay every day I was going to be there. After my unfortunate cancelation, I received the utmost appreciative and sincere email. I am looking forward to going to St. Martin and staying at La Samanna one day in the near future.Now, I can see why Belmond Hotel Resorts are one of American Express' highly recommended properties to visit.Be Blessed, Mark Taliento”
