O hotel e os móveis são muito antigos e gastos. O lugar de estacionamento não está incluído na tarifa e não pode ser pago na recepção, apenas na máquina. Infelizmente, o hotel não está limpo. Meu quarto ainda tinha sobras do hóspede anterior na lata de lixo, as toalhas não estavam limpas. No geral, o quarto é muito pequeno e não tem ar condicionado, mas com a janela aberta você não consegue dormir ao ar livre devido ao volume. O café da manhã é delicioso e abundante. O WiFi é gratuito e rápido - isso é bom! Não posso recomendar o hotel para viajantes de negócios.

El hotel y los muebles son muy viejos y gastados. La plaza de aparcamiento no está incluida en la tarifa y no se puede abonar en recepción, solo en la máquina. Desafortunadamente, el hotel no está limpio. Mi habitación tenía sobras del huésped anterior en el cubo de la basura, las toallas no estaban limpias. En general, la habitación es muy pequeña y no tiene aire acondicionado, pero con la ventana abierta no se puede dormir afuera debido al volumen. El desayuno es delicioso y abundante. WiFi es gratis y rápido, ¡eso es bueno! No puedo recomendar el hotel para viajeros de negocios.

Devo admitir honestamente que eu estava um pouco preocupado com a minha estadia no scandic the mayor depois de ler vários comentários. Mas fiquei agradavelmente surpreso. A equipe foi muito doce e acolhedora. Eu tinha reservado um quarto extra superior que era bom, espaçoso e limpo, com uma boa cama que estava um pouco desgastada na mesa, mas nada que gerasse. Nosso quarto ficava no 3º andar com vista para a estrada e para a prefeitura / parque. Não podíamos realmente ouvir nenhum barulho vindo da estrada, a menos que as janelas estivessem abertas. O buffet de café-da-manhã era muito bom, com uma seleção excelente, então havia algo para todos. A qualidade da comida também era boa. A localização do hotel é perfeita, a uma curta caminhada de todas as coisas. Nem sequer tivemos problemas de espaço no parque de estacionamento, mas o pessoal informou-nos que estava a encher rapidamente. Minha única crítica é que deveria haver pelo menos uma vaga reservada para pessoas com deficiência. Definitivamente algo que irei reservar novamente.

Debo admitir honestamente que estaba un poco preocupado por mi estadía en Scandic the Mayor después de leer varias críticas. Pero me sorprendió gratamente. El personal fue muy amable y acogedor. Había reservado una habitación superior extra que era agradable, espaciosa y limpia, con una buena cama que estaba un poco gastada en la mesa, pero nada que generara. Nuestra habitación estaba en el tercer piso con una vista de la calle y el ayuntamiento / parque. Realmente no podíamos escuchar ningún ruido de la carretera a menos que las ventanas estuvieran abiertas. El buffet de desayuno era muy bueno con una excelente selección, así que había algo para todos. La calidad de la comida también fue buena. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, a poca distancia a pie de todas las cosas. Ni siquiera tuvimos problemas de espacio en el estacionamiento, pero el personal nos informó que se estaba llenando rápidamente. Mi única crítica es que debería haber al menos una plaza de aparcamiento reservada para discapacitados. Definitivamente algo que volveré a reservar.

We had a disappointing experience at this hotel, and it certainly did not live up to the expectation that we had of Scandic. They were very clearly understaffed and therefore couldn't keep up with the amount of guests. The receptionist couldn't give simple information such as parking or breakfast times with the excuse that "he didn't normally work here". The breakfast was bland and underwhelming.

Very poor experience where we had a room with such a small bathroom, we couldn't believe it! We would actually call it a non-existing bathroom. When we saw the bathroom in the room next door, we were shocked about how Scandic would even call our room an upgraded Køge room (327)! Since the bathroom was so small, additional towels were needed, as the whole floor was getting totally wet, and even after 4 hours, no additional towels were delivered. The receptionist told us that all the rooms at the hotel had the same size. Not correct! He also said that there were no other rooms available. Not correct! Poor room, and certainly poor service. Don’t go there - is our recommendation!

Central location. Breakfast included. Friendly staff. Bathrooms are old , inadequate shower curtains and no floor heating,...making it wet all the time.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. Very friendly staff of a wonderful restaurant. The rooms are decent, but the bathrooms are a bit small. The TV is horribly slow to operate. I went there for business meeting over a few days, so we stayed at the hotel as well. Overall I'm very satisfied with the hotel, staff, restaurant, food and business features. And it is located in the middle of Århus with walking distance to a lot of sights and shopping opportunities.

Way to small rooms

The room was way too small, and the same for the shower and toilet. I had to remove the toilet paper to be able to sit straight, and many times I hit the wall when I tried to wipe myself after...

Underwhelming and not accommodating

Would not give me a late checkout and my room was not as ordered. It was a downgrade. The place was old and musty. Bathroom was smaller than a $20 hostel. Very limited parking. Definitely not worth it
