“Very fun hostel with laid back vibes. There are very few rooms so there is a tight-knit community. We had laundry done at the hostel the night before a trek and we were told it would be back by 8:30 pm and then later were told it wouldn’t be back until the morning (we were gone). The staff did call and get our laundry back but this was a very stressful couple hours. The beds have very warm blankets and the showers are hot!”

“Great place to stay in Cusco if you are traveling with friends! I say that because the place was empty beside my friends and me. If you are traveling alone and looking for a quiet hostel, this is your place too. Some hostels are quite noisy and have drunk people coming in late at night. Not Casa de la Gringa. It felt like an AirB&B with the whole hostel being our home. I stayed here because I saw YouTube videos where they offered San Pedro ceremonies, which I participated in a few days ago. Great experience if you are into exploring the plant medicine realm. It is very spiritual though, which I love! But it could be quite a shock to someone who isn’t familiar with Hinduism, Buddhism, Kabbalah, Numerology, Sacred Geometry, & Christian Mysticism. If you’re into those aspects of spirituality, this is the place for you!”
