Nice hotel but no double window for a 5 stars its such a shame! You can hear everything in the street!!! Not good if you want to rest!

Great hotel, good value for money but horrible experience with their front desk and getting my double charge figured out. Their solution was to stop replying to my emails and get everything resolved with my bank. I wasn't the only one from my travel group who had the same issue.

Horrible I'm going to request my money back. They don't have a Valet parking, My room was not the one that I reserved, wen I called to see what happened, they told me that they don't have any other room available, but I was never notified about it. And the he start asking me about my immigration status, I told him that that is not his business and then he said that it was in order to not charge me taxes for the room. I was never notify of any extra charges at the counter. They only told me that everything was cover by Expedia, so I said that I will not pay anything extra since I was never notify about that during the check in. And then the person over the phone treat me saying "will see", so at that point I asked for his supervisor, and he said that there is no supervisor at the hotel, they will come in the morning. I couldn't believe that the whole hotel there was no supervisor available, they tols me that they can only transfer me with security... Unbelievable.

A great place to stay overlooking the golf course in Lima, Peru. I stayed here last time in 2020 and have the chance to visit again and picked the same hotel. The view, ambience, stay and service is extremely good. The price you pay is quite reasonable for the experience. Highly recommended considering the amenities they have together with the nice stay.

Quarto excelente, comodidades idem, demais instalações também. Não tive oportunidade de usar a piscina. Drinks excessivamente caros.

MARAVILLOSA VISTA, cuenta con todos los servicios, la comida es deliciosa, variado. Antes había venido al restaurante, tenía las expectativas de una buena comida y así fue. El único inconveniente es que en la habitación se escucha al huésped del costado. Sin embargo estoy satisfecho.

Besides of the confort in the room they will do whatever is necessary to gain your satisfaction, I believe if you ask them a room with blue walls they would probably paint it just for you.

Me hospede 2 semanas en este hotel y el personal era poco eficiente en cuanto a la solución de problemas ocasionales.Por otro lado, la infraestructura es moderna y los espacios bien organizados, la vista al club del golf era bastante relajante,pero todo esto queda en segundo plano cuando no se ha recibido una buena atención.

I travel for work and i have visited many hotels in Lima until i found this one, this was my 4th time staying there and let tell you this is a great place to stayed. Restaurant, people, food, i will say that the location is nice and quite works for me because all i need is rest and have a good food, and if i want to hang out well i order a taxi and problem solved, but you even need to go out they have a nice bar and some place to listen music plus the vip area so what else you need, love the place i do recommended 100%!

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well and the price for the stay pretty competitive. The soundproofness could be better but the neighborhood is very quiet and there is not much traffic.

Hotel 5 estrelas e cassino. Excelente acomodação, tudo funciona, atendimento compatível com 5 estrelas (aliás o atendimento em geral em toda a cidade de Lima é muito bom), bem localizado. Preço, obviamente também compatível com 5 estrelas. Recomendo bastante para quem costuma frequentar hotéis neste padrão.No meu caso fui a negócios.
