Looks like a nice hotel, but it stops there. We got a freezing room with no heat, noise from the street was loud. We checked out 4 hours after check in. No refund. They didnt even manage to refund the breakfast in full. Watch out for fake good reviews

Very nice hotel, cozy, clean, nice atmosphere and really close to the center. Many restaurants around the hotel, and some are really good ones. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet súper complete and fresh delicious. Relation quality price is really good as well

My room was situated down the hall from reception. The hallway serves as an amplifier for all sounds coming from the area- and even during night it can be quite noisy. On top of this deliveries take place right out side this room. Think 7 o'clock loud voices and delivery trolleys on cobble stone. On the bright side the rooms are clean and interior suitable for the price. But not for me.

Great location, very friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast, wild Hares around grounds, bar & main seating area very modern & cool. Great value for money. If I was being picky….X2 Electric coffee breakfast dispensers broken, bar for cocktails didn’t open until 3:30pm, comfortable beds although only one pillow, would upgrade to harbour view as standard view looks right into opposite rooms, need to get dressed with curtains completely closed. No bath, iron or drink making facilities in room. Could hear adjacent room type code to enter room ( keyless entry), couldn’t turn of towel radiator, made room red hot.

In my humble opinion, the hotel has a high level of quality in general. The room was very comfortable in general and the breakfast has a big range of variety. Highly recommended to stay at Pier 5 hotel if you need to spend some days in Aalborg city or near it.
