“The shower door was off track and the fan on the ac was not working. Told the front staff on Saturday morning and Saturday night when I got to the room neither had been fixed. Talked to Arthur Monday and said there is nothing he could do and said he was the one there on Saturday morning and does not remember anyone calling down for maintenance. I explained to Arthur that it should have not been left for us like this either why. Arthur never contacted us back to confirm they fixed they issues for the next guest.
Also David the Bartender over charged me on drinks. We were in a group of four and he did not break up our orders so when he asked what I had and I told him. I should have looked at my receipt but we was tired and ready for bed.”
