Dirty comforter, slow draining shower, and thin walls. Could hear someone playing awful music starting around 4 am from what I'm guessing is the employee laundry room. Front desk staff was great though.

I stayed this past Saturday. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I felt like we checked onto a motel 6. The room was disgusting, there was blood on the wall in the bathroom. Hair in the sheets, dog food and fruit snacks under the bed and big yellow stains on the pillows on one of the beds, torn shower curtain. Their solution was to move rooms which we did. The manager was no help. He was like I will give you $25 back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have photos and will up load if possible

We stay here every time we have a stay cation the easy access in and out of the hotel from the highway is easy and the decor of the lobby was nice along with spacious JR suite give you room to stretch out

Comemoramos o aniversário da nossa neta numa sala de banquetes só com a família. Comida era muito boa, especialmente os legumes grelhados e realmente surpreso com os hambúrgueres 1/2 em pães Chipotle para as crianças. Eu tinha o frango sufocado, mas esses hambúrgueres realmente pareciam bons! Eles estavam sob pessoal. Kelcie fez um trabalho fantástico nos servindo enquanto cuidava de seus outros deveres. Celebramos el cumpleaños de nuestra nieta en un salón de banquetes solo con la familia. La comida era realmente buena, especialmente las verduras a la parrilla y realmente me sorprendieron las 1/2 hamburguesas en panecillos Chipotle para los niños. ¡Tuve el pollo asado pero esas hamburguesas realmente se veían bien! estaban bajo personal. Kelcie hizo un trabajo fantástico sirviéndonos mientras se ocupaba de sus otros deberes. Mucho estacionamiento. Celebrated our granddaughter's birthday in a banquet room with just family. Food was really good especially the grilled vegetables and really surprised by the 1/2 burgers on Chipotle buns for the kids. I had the Smothered Chicken but those burgers really looked good! They were under staffed. Kelcie did a fantastic job serving us while taking care of her other duties. Lots of parking. As usual, Hilton was a HIT with all of us. Thanks for the great service!

Há um Museu Boeing bem ao lado do hotel. Se você for um membro Gold, não receberá o café da manhã, mas receberá 10 $ / dia, que poderá usar no café da manhã e nas lojas. Hotel fantástico com quartos imaculados e uma excelente equipe. Fantástico hotel con habitaciones impecables y excelente personal. I'm very pleased with staying at this hotel. Though I do feel the rooms need updating, I'll still use this hotel for my stay. Having the breakfast kitchen open again makes my stay much more enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel with immaculate rooms and great staff. We were initially uncertain about paying for breakfast, but it ended up being so good that we got breakfast all 6 mornings we were here. For about $10 per plate, we got amazing personalized service from a staff that clearly cares, and cooks in back that really took pride in their product. The ingredients were what I would expect at home, and so many times better than what I have gotten from free continental breakfasts elsewhere.

Bathroom had good amount of hair everywhere. Tub shower very old with mold/mildew. Room had a smell. Ran out of toilet paper. I had to do a lot of cleaning to stay here. Restaurant/ bar not opened. Good location is the only thing I liked.

Not sure how much people are expecting from a standard good hotel, but this has everything you need for comfort. The beds are comfy, the bathroom is spacious, and the amenities are thorough. It can be a little noisy depending on how busy the airport is but you should understand that before booking this hotel. Besides, this Hilton is a steal for the price.
