A primeira coisa que quero dizer é que este é o melhor hotel de Alicante! Hotel muito bem conservado, absolutamente limpo em todos os lugares. Fiquei aqui por 3 dias, eles atualizaram minha categoria de quarto gratuitamente. Já estive em muitos países e hotéis, mas este é simplesmente maravilhoso! Um café da manhã maravilhoso, muito saboroso e variado. Funcionários muito simpáticos, com excelente conhecimento de inglês. Agora eu só vou ficar aqui! Muito obrigado!

The first thing I want to say is that this is the best hotel in Alicante! Very well maintained hotel, absolutely clean everywhere. I stayed here for 3 days, they upgraded my room category for free. I've been to many countries and hotels, but this one is just wonderful! A wonderful breakfast, very tasty and varied. Very friendly staff, with excellent knowledge of English. Now I will only stay here! Thank you very much!

El hotel está genial habitaciones cuidadasbastantes servicios lo único que si la piscina no está disponíble estaría bien que se informase en la web de reserva.Pará la gente que no tiene coche está bien comunicado con los autobuses y para la gente que le gusta caminar esta a media hora del centro dando un paseo.

Excelente atenção, qualidade e espaço todos 10. Especialmente os funcionários educados, simpáticos e atenciosos. A pessoa responsável pela cafeteria durante o café da manhã, teve atenção especial com minha filha e sempre foi muito gentil, mal podemos esperar para voltar a Alicante para ficar novamente no NH

Excelente la atención,la calidad y la habitación todo de 10. En especial el personaleducados,amables y atentos. El responsable de la cafetería en horario de desayuno, tuvo una atención especial con mi hija y ha sido muy amable siempre,estamos deseando volver a Alicante para alojarnos de nuevo en el NH

Apesar de não ser um hotel muito central, eles sempre me fazem sentir em casa. Para quem vem a trabalho, é muito prático, pois, devido à sua localização, entrar e sair da cidade é muito mais ágil. Mas o que mais gosto nesse hotel é a energia da Magda, uma profissional que faz você começar o dia com um sorriso de orelha a orelha, sua energia positiva e gentileza sempre me fizeram sentir em casa, ninguém prepara o café da manhã com tanto carinho: ) obrigada!

Realice un evento de trabajo en el Hotel. La sala era muy amplia y se adaptaba a las necesidades que pedíamos por las medidas Covid. En la comida el servicio fue extraordinario en la atención , y la comida muy buena. Todo fueron facilidades y nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos en todo momento. Sin dudavolveremos a repetircuando tengamos que hacer algun evento. Gracias Paloma y team.

Organicé un evento de empresa en el Hotel NH Alicante en marzo de 2022. El trato recibido por todo el equipo humano del hotel fue excelente y muy profesional. La organización fue estupenda y cada detalle estaba listo en tiempo y en la forma que fue contratada. Las habitaciones, los salones para el evento, restaurante y resto de instalaciones usadas estaban en un estado impecable. En resumen, un hotel totalmente preparado para organizar eventos con calidad.

A pesar de que no es un hotel con una ubicación muy céntrica, siempre me hacen sentir como en casa. Para l@s que venimos a trabajar es muy práctico ya que por su situación, la entrada y salida de la ciudad es mucho más ágil. Pero lo que más me gusta de este hotel es la energía de Magda, una profesional que hace que empieces el día con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja, su energía positiva y su amabilidad me ha hace sentir siempre como en casa, nadie te prepara el desayuno con tanto mimo :) gracias!

Unfortunately the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were closed. We booked through Agoda and they told us everything was opened. As an apology, the receptionist offered us a better room which was very nice. Regarding the location, around 20-25 mins to the centre walking, no buses nearby. Attractions, nothing to do around, only the beach (20 mins walk). The bed was super comfortable but I’m not sure if the air conditioning was working properly. The shower was blocked and the water was going everywhere in the bathroom. The price was ok, but 4€ for a small bottle of water is unacceptable!

Esta bien, es cómodo y está en una zona tranquila y esta bien para aparcar .Estilo anticuado pero renovado. La carta está algo limitada y es de buena calidad un poco caro, como entodos los bares. Tienen la misma carta en el servicio de habitaciones y en restaurante.

Cómodo para entrar y salir de la ciudad. Zona de aparcamiento gratuito en la calle. Las habitaciones modernas, limpias y cómodas. Buena atención del personal. Precios muy elevados en restaurante y minibar, más de 3€ por una botella de agua de 0.5L es demasiado.

Awful food at the restaurant. I ordered the pasta with mushrooms and truffles, that came with no truffles and with barely some mushroom sauce. There was not even enough sauce to cover up all the pasta, so I had to leave 2/3 of the pasta on the plate as it tastes blend.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Super old rooms and furniture with a lot of wear and tear. - the rooms don’t have essential things like coffee and kettle. They don’t provide a kettle unless you upgrade to a superior room. Staff not very helpful. Hoping the next 3 days here will be better but first I need to go buy some essentials for the room!

Very disappointed, swimming pool looked great on their website but it is just big enough for little children. Jacuzzi and sauna were closed, why not say so??? Staff, except for the girl at breakfast, behaved like they are in charge. I am the guest! And breakfast, summer action all free. Well no! Never again!!!

The hotel does not offer any amenities in your room. Bottle of water is 4 euros (82 cents if you walk 5 minutes to a supermarket) The closest restaurant is 2 miles away and I did managed to find a tapas bar 2 minutes away.
