“A thousand thank you s to McKenzie from Residence Inn at West chase (our original reservation), she called to let us know the hot tub was out and got us set up here. Now that’s absolutely superior customer service!! Jameel welcomed us at the front desk with her incredible energy and got us set up quickly in a great room. This hotel has a great pool and hot tub and the free breakfast choice were great. The room was alway clean and had plenty of room to work in (when not in hot tub) High energy, great service earns a 5***** badge! Thanks guys and thanks again to McKenzie for always looking to take care of her guests with superior service. I appreciate you! “I stayed there for 4 months The Staff there starting with Rosalind, Beatrice, Glenda, Jameel and Chris were extraordinarily great! There was only one individual who I did not care for, which was the hotel manager, Shade. She was rude, impatient and heartless. Her people skills and customer service no one should ever have to endure in any establishment. I would recommend this place because there over and beyond attitude toward their guest with the exception of Shade. There was also a caterer by the name of Demorris Byrd, he could cook anything from home style to luxury cuisine! He was an excellent addition to the hotel”
