“It was clean and I loved the small sofa area. Cozy! However, I don’t like the design when the bathroom and toilet rooms are right in front of the beds. In addition, There’s no lock on the door, and with such big gap between the wall and the sliding doors, any noise from the bathroom can be heard easily. No privacy… I needed to ask my teenager son to go downstairs so that I could sit on the toilet comfortably… the hotel maintenance person couldn’t adjust the doors and mentioned that NO one ever complained about the doors and the layout of the room… I don’t understand how people could use the toilet when the sliding door can’t be closed properly and it feels like the toilet sits right beside the beds… Nonetheless, I loved the breakfast!! Very delicious and all of the hotels should have the same breakfast buffet as Springhill San Jose hotel.”

“We stay here whenever we are going to a Niners game. Conveniently located near the airport and to the public transportation rail to the game. Bed is soft, rooms are cozy, and the staff is great! Easy pick up and drop off for Uber/Lyft rides to explore the local area.”
