“It's a lovely hotel. The service is great. My only word of caution - they charge $42 a night for valet parking. Which is crazy. But if you don't mind the expense or wish to self park, it's a great hotel.”

“I am not sure what Westin Galleria hotel ratings are, but its really leaning into giving you less for less during covid time. Dropped in Easter weekend, and the final 4 crowd was here. No room service and or room cleaning unless you request it. AND as the mall was closed for Easter, you are SOL for food. Staff was friendly enough but seriously at this point you are paying an extra 150 dollars from best western for thicker walls and better location.”
