“Beware of what type of All-Inclusive package you have purchased. We purchased All inclusive package from Expedia where it did not state anything. While arriving at the hotel, they gave us one day all inclusive and next day the manager came to take the wrist band off calling it the one we have paid is E. All-inclusive in which you will get only breakfast, no free drinks, and food. It was one of the worst experience we ever had at this place. They will make you full and ask to pay extra every time for everything. One of their front desk staff even ask 15 pesos for water bottle. These guys will make you fool calling E. All-Inclusive. Hotel by itself is very in poor condition. You will see maintenance worker doing work in most part of the hotel. Hotel is big but very old. We purchased because of water park but it is not worth of money.”
