“It doesn't need to give 1 star. Due to their request, I made two payments, but never got a refund. Even though they gave to me the evidence of double payment, they didn't refund until now. They are just mentioning process. First payment: when I reserved room at on-line. Second payment: when I check-in at the hotel, they request to pay again by credit card. And they gave evidence for refund.”
