Boa localização (não ótima), a piscina estava muito fria (embora anunciada como aquecida). Banheira de hidromassagem fora de serviço durante toda a estadia. As chaves digitais não estão disponíveis neste local. Os funcionários foram atenciosos, agradáveis e acolhedores. O café da manhã era muito bom. Omelete e panquecas feitas na hora. Hotel parece ter sido reformado recentemente. Muito limpo e os quartos são bem decorados. A vaidade do banheiro era grande o suficiente para todos os produtos de pele e cabelo de sua esposa. Café da manhã servido apenas até as 9h durante a semana. (Deve ser pelo menos 9:30 IMO) Tendo ficado em ambas as suítes Embassy na Katy Freeway, a de West Katy parece melhor para as famílias. (E eles realmente ligam o aquecedor da piscina).

Good location (not great), pool was too cold (although advertised as heated). Hot tub out of order the entire stay. Digital keys not available at this location. Staff were attentive, pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Omelette and pancakes made to order. Hotel appears to be newly renovated. Very clean and rooms are nicely appointed. Bathroom vanity was large enough for all of your wife’s skin and hair products. Breakfast only served until 9am on weekdays. (Should be at least 9:30 IMO) Having stayed at both Embassy suites on Katy Freeway, the one in West Katy seems better for families. (And they actually turn the pool heater on).

Reservamos um bloco de quartos para o casamento do nosso filho. O lobby e as áreas comuns (bar e área de jantar) foram excelentes locais para nos reunirmos entre os eventos. O café-da-manhã (incluído na tarifa do quarto) foi bastante notável e tem algo para todos, incluindo omeletes feitos na hora. Yolanda, gerente de atendimento ao cliente, foi além para nos fazer sentir bem-vindos. Estacionamento gratuito para os hóspedes na garagem anexa foi muito conveniente.

We reserved a block of rooms for our son’s wedding. The lobby and common areas (bar and dining area) were excellent places for us to gather between events. The breakfast (included in room rate) was quite outstanding and has something for everyone, including made to order omelets. Yolanda, customer service manager, went above and beyond to make us all feel welcome. Free parking for guests in the attached parking garage was vey convenient.

Infelizmente, o nome dela me escapa (começa com um 'V'), mas nossa pessoa de check-in também é um gerente. Ela foi o início da grande experiência que tivemos. Ela incorpora um serviço ao cliente amigável e tratou todas as nossas necessidades com prazer e facilidade. Nosso quarto era tão imaculado quanto as fotos que nos atraíram. O café da manhã feito na hora foi além de satisfatório. O estacionamento era abundante. Não hesitaremos em escolher o Embassy para nossa próxima estadia. Só posso esperar que as Embassy Suites em outros locais sejam tão agradáveis quanto a localização do Energy Corridor. Obrigado a todos pela EXPERIÊNCIA. Nós te amamos!

Lembre-se de usar ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm ao reservar uma estadia. Este site irá comparar inúmeros sites de reservas e normalmente terá tarifas muito mais baratas do que outros! De nada :)! Este resort é um dos melhores da região. Venho aqui há anos. Se você ficar por alguns dias você definitivamente não vai se decepcionar.Nosso quarto era limpo e confortável. Todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. O café da manhã foi ótimo. Estávamos aqui para uma reunião de classe do ensino médio e a sala de banquetes e a refeição também eram boas. Nós não hesitaria em ficar aqui novamente.

Unfortunately her name escapes me (starts with a ‘V’), but our check-in person is also a manager. She was the start of the great experience we had. She embodies friendly customer service and handled every one of our needs with delight and ease. Our room was as immaculate as the photos that attracted us. The made-to-order breakfast was beyond satisfactory. Parking was plentiful. We will not hesitate to choose Embassy for our next stay. I can only hope the Embassy Suites in other locations are as pleasing as the Energy Corridor location. Thanks to everyone for the EXPERIENCE. We love you!

This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be let down. Our room was clean and comfortable. All staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We were here for a high school class reunion & the banquet room and meal was good too. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't regret it. Ms. Yolanda was so helpful at booking! She had a great energy about her and my reservation was made quickly and easily. My family has stayed here for a visit once before when we lived in town and gave the hotel rave reviews. This is why we look forward to our upcoming stay! I am coming for both business and pleasure and you cannot beat this location in Houston. Pricing is great!

Ficamos apenas uma noite neste hotel com minha família e tudo o que posso dizer é que todo o hotel é limpo, dos quartos à área da piscina. O café da manhã era bom e eles tinham uma grande variedade de alimentos. Coisas foi amigável e localização foi ótimo para nós. Não há estacionamento suficiente na frente, mas eles têm uma garagem na parte de trás.

We only stayed one night at this hotel with my family and I all I can say is that the whole hotel is clean, from rooms to pool area. Breakfast was good and they did have a big variety of food. Stuff was friendly and location was great for us. Not enough parking at front but they do have a parking garage at the back.

A equipe do hotel foi incrível e acolhedora. Estacionamento gratuito, café da manhã foi excelente, e os quartos eram limpos. Tivemos algumas luzes que não estavam funcionando em nosso quarto, mas isso não foi um grande problema. O único problema que tenho é que havia uma mulher batendo na porta do quarto gritando por pelo menos 30 minutos às 3 da manhã. O hóspede no quarto não a deixava entrar. Eu não me sentia muito segura com o que estava acontecendo. Acho que o hotel pode precisar de um pouco mais de segurança. Não tenho certeza se voltarei a este local.

Nosso quarto era limpo e confortável. Todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. O café da manhã foi ótimo. Estávamos aqui para uma reunião de classe do ensino médio e a sala de banquetes e a refeição também eram boas. Nós não hesitaria em ficar aqui novamente.

Our room was clean and comfortable. All staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We were here for a high school class reunion & the banquet room and meal was good too. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel staff were awesome and accommodating. Free parking, Breakfast was excellent, and rooms were clean. We did have some lights that were not working in our room, but that was not a big deal. The only issue I have is that there was a woman banging on a room door screaming for at least 30 minutes at 3 am in the morning. The guest in the room would not let her in. I did not feel very safe with what was going on. I feel that the hotel may need a little more security. Not sure if I will be returning to this location.

Las bebidas estaban caras pero el salón esta decorado bonito. Los meseros se miraban profesionales pero cuando dejaban el nuevo plato en la mesa lo dejaban caer...como de mala gana pero quede satisfecho con la visita

The rooms are quite large with a kitchenette and separate sitting room. The rooms at the back side of the hotel are the best. The rooms at the front suffer from noise from the traffic of the Freeway...
