“Good location (not great), pool was too cold (although advertised as heated). Hot tub out of order the entire stay. Digital keys not available at this location. Staff were attentive, pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Omelette and pancakes made to order. Hotel appears to be newly renovated. Very clean and rooms are nicely appointed. Bathroom vanity was large enough for all of your wife’s skin and hair products. Breakfast only served until 9am on weekdays. (Should be at least 9:30 IMO) Having stayed at both Embassy suites on Katy Freeway, the one in West Katy seems better for families. (And they actually turn the pool heater on).”

“We only stayed one night at this hotel with my family and I all I can say is that the whole hotel is clean, from rooms to pool area. Breakfast was good and they did have a big variety of food. Stuff was friendly and location was great for us. Not enough parking at front but they do have a parking garage at the back.”
