“An old, beautiful, clean, and well kept hotel that was a very good price for being in downtown Chicago ! We wanted to do a surprise stay and we found a great beautiful room for around $135! Loved the size of the bed and was very sturdy. Highly recommend”
— Peter Psomadelis
“I found it absolutely ridiculous that you closed off the drink refrigerators.Because of COVID!?!?!?That make absolutely no sense as a way to reduce transmission. My room also had exactly two pillows on the bed.Two.I had to ask for more repeatedly until two more were brought to my room.Between these things and the elevators being slow and one elevator being consistently nonoperational, I was underwhelmed.”
— Joel McGuire
