“Don't get a room near the elevator because the machinery is noisy. The furniture is ok but the padded headboard was kind of smelly. The breakfast was great and the workers are nice folks. Not far from the light rail. Surrounded by hospitals and hard to tell it from any other concrete blob on the block.”

“The hotel and rooms are nice but boy can they work on their customer service. My partner and I are both pilots so we stay in hotels half of our lives but boy was this one noteworthy in poor customer service. We arrived late on a Saturday night to be greeted by a very un pleasant front desk attendant who not only seemed to be bothered we were there but very rudely told us we would have to pay for parking. I understand some hotels charge for parking as a policy and I get that but the way she said it made me not want to give this hotel another penny. I told my partner I would go park somewhere else. The front desk clerk seemed annoyed with me as I left and smuggly told my partner after I left to tell me once I got back to the room that there is no free parking in the adjacent hotel and that I would get a ticket. I easily found free parking a 3 minute walk from the hotel. When I walked back in the hotel the front desk clerk didn’t even make eye contact with me. After going upstairs to the room I found that our room was directly next to the elevator and I’m sure she put us there out of spite. If it wasn’t so late I would have for sure canceled my reservation and went to a different property.”
