“I always enjoy coming to the JW. During my most recent trip I was out in a room where I was facing the construction and it was very unpleasant. I reached out to Seda and she was the most pleasant and helpful staff member. She did not hesitate to get me a better room immediately and bright the key to us. Sure provided also suggestions for great food around the area which we enjoyed. Along with your water pressure, JW gets a 5 star from us. Thank you for being awesome.”
