Excelente hotel. Cerca de la estación de tren. Habitaciones muy lindas, cómodas, confortables, limpias y modernas. Valoro mucho que tienen mini bar, y un buen closet donde incluso cabe la maleta. Ofrecen agua en la entrada, lo cual se agradece siempre. Maravillosa su terraza de la entrada, aunque hay muchos mosquitos en la noche. Personal muy amable y atento. Camas muy cómodas. Buen sistema de aire acondicionado. Solo recomendaría poner más canales de televisión en otro idioma además del italiano, o permitir subtítulos en otros idiomas. Y, al menos en mi habitación, en la mañana se escuchaban sonidos fuertes de las aves, pero en general no hay mucho ruido. :)

Boa localização. Pode-se chegar caminhando da Piazza de Roma, onde chegam os ônibus do aeroporto. Prédio moderno, quarto confortável e ótimo café da manhã. Não é distante da estação ferroviária,nem de Rialto/São Marcos. Muitos restaurantes, padarias, pizzarias e bares em um raio de 500 m. Há supermercado a uns 300 m. Somos um casal em férias. Adoramos o hotel. Quando voltarmos vamos escolher o mesmo.

Excellent location. The hotel is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood and yet is a short walk to the train station. Service was definitely above par, especially the two young ladies at the front desk, who welcomed us with a smile and an admirable dedication. Will be back.

Un hitel muy recomendable. Estuve del 24 al 27 de mayo. Limpio, bien situado, desayunos estupendo y las señoritas de recepción geniales. Amables y profesionales. En cafetería tb. Muy bien. Recomendare este hotel. NH no suele fallar.

Great hotel! I loved that the location was in a quieter, collegiate neighborhood. The lobby/common areas were modern, clean, and bright. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a ton of options. I traveled with 7 people so it made meeting up in the morning and grabbing breakfast so easy. We also had drinks/apertivo at the bar each night. Great drinks and snacks. The rooms were small (as is expected while in Venice) but they were so clean and nice. I loved the old hollywood theme of the hotel too.

Great hotel outside the city center and close to the taxi/bus drop. Front desk was very helpful and kind. We got a king size bed and felt like we were at home. Highly recommend and will be back at another NH establishment in the future.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and have to say while the hotel is very nice, the staff makes it amazing!! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, but I do have to say mattia, Carmen and Mirsada made it even better especially when I didn’t think it was possible. The only hotel I will ever stay in when I’m visiting Venice

Loved this hotel! Convenient location but the stay rated 5 stars because of the excellent welcoming staff especially Ferdinando the bartender. I hope the company realizes what an asset he is to their brand, he exemplifies good service going beyond what is requested and makes suggestions for food and drinks that you will enjoy. I will put this hotel at the top of my list in Venice

Well located hotel, with comfortable, well decorated, and modern rooms. The hotel is pet friendly (they charge 25 euros for the dog for the whole stay), they implement the bedroom with a small bed and dishes for the dog.

Nice and big rooms. Great bed! Great staff, they gave us bottle opener andoffered wine glasses to drink in the street. Staff very friendly with our dog andthey had prepared the room with pet accessories (charge of 25 eur for whole stay).

Great hotel in a more quiet area of Venice. Clean rooms and the first day we were received by a very nice person at the reception. Today, on the check out the reception was handled by a novice person and he counted us some extra service we haven’t used. When confronted he wouldn’t accept the error and made our overall experience worse than expected. Great hotel, but hope you’d be handled by more experienced staff members.

El hotel está muy cerca de la parada de bus taxis y tren, es cómodo y se puede llegar desde allí con la maleta. Para ir a San Marcos la parada de vaporeto de plaza de Roma está a 5 minutos. Por la noche es tranquilo porque no está en una zona muy bulliciosa y las instalaciones muy nuevas y modernas. La habitación era una junior suite muy grande, moderna, dos televisores, doble lavabo y dos secadores de pelo. Muy recomendable

Hotel muy moderno, cómodo y muy bien situado. El personal es muy agradable (sobre todo en el restaurante) y el desayuno en la línea de los NH, muy completo y bueno. El precio, para ser Venecia, acorde a lo caro que es alojarse en esta ciudad. Quiero decir que la relación calidad-precio-entorno no está mal. Repetiría.
