“Great hotel in a more quiet area of Venice. Clean rooms and the first day we were received by a very nice person at the reception. Today, on the check out the reception was handled by a novice person and he counted us some extra service we haven’t used. When confronted he wouldn’t accept the error and made our overall experience worse than expected. Great hotel, but hope you’d be handled by more experienced staff members.”
