“all i have to say is do NOT stay here. it’s not worth the amount you pay. The food is not the greatest and you need to wake up at 9am to make reservations for places you want to eat at. their is 3 different coloured wrist bands 1 is under 18 and the other is for the Krystal altitude and the other one is the hacienda. The hacienda offers you everything like a normal all inclusive would but the krystal wrist band barely offers you anything. They tell you it’s an all inclusive resort but really it’s half inclusive. Room service is not free and the cabana beds on the beach are not free. Do not stay here at all. Our room hasn’t been cleaned in 3 days. Everything costs extra whether they tell you or not. I have many more things to say…. save your money and go somewhere else”

“Could hear my neighbours snoring at night - never mind other things - no satisfaction from managers after attending front desk 5 times - we upgraded and paid for a “better” room upon arrival - last manager I spoke to didn’t even show up for our appointment. Very disappointing they did or offered nothing.
Resort ran out of water one day.
Lots of rules but only some guests had to comply. Food was hit and miss. Not all inclusive - some menu items and drinks had to be paid for.
