“Our room was great! We got a pool and ocean view room that was absolutely beautiful. Guest attendants left it clean everyday. Good options are excellent, we had a very attentive server every morning for breakfast we loved her, unfortunately did not get her name. At the pool we got Abraham as our server and he was also really attentive & amazing!! Definitely bring tip money. 10/10 recommend this hotel. Family friendly but it’s also connected to The Hacienda which is adult only & you can walk over too.”

“The location is great and close to everything. Quick 10-15 minute ride from the airport and same time to the old town. Staff is very courteous and friendly. We liked the food most of the time. The property is very well maintained. Best part was our loft view room with amazing panoramic view, it’s a steal at the price we got it. The sushi bar with infinity pool is the best place to hang out on the property. It’s adult only though but the views are great. Only reason I took of one star is because one out of two elevators was broken throughout our stay, and second one broke down on the last day of our stay. It shouldn’t take this long for a hotel to fix their elevators and when the second elevator was out, it was a big hassle and long wait times to go to the room and back. Such a big hotel should take several days to fix elevators. Also water went out for few hours one day and it took Hilton some time to help us out.”
