“The hotel is perfect for those visiting the NEC or needing the airport and the facilities, food and rooms are great. The reason I can’t leave a five star review this time is because the hotel was ridiculously short staffed. We were unable to check in until after 8pm (check in was meant to be from 3pm), the wait at the bar was long and although we had paid for rooms already via our company, they demanded we pay again! However, we were refunded the following day, and the limited number of staff who were there, were trying their best. Katya in particular was super helpful and provided exceptional customer service.”

“I really had an enjoyable stay at Novotel Birmingham Airport Hotel and it was my first time staying there.
I would like to mention Gabbi as one of the staff in the hotel that makes my stay even more comfortable by delivering the best service that I could ever imagine. She was very attentive and helpful during my stay, she helped me a couple times for my room service orders and I like the way how she interacts with the customers, not only over the phone but also in person, and she also makes sure that everything is well taken care of.”
