Stayed in Novotel at Birmingham airport on Tues 3 Jan- I arrived late so restaurant was closed & bar about to close. Very friendly greeting from reception when checking in. The guy working at the bar also very friendly & served me with a smile even though he was about to finish his shift & I was the last person at the bar. Room clean & very comfortable. Overall very satisfied with my stay & would recommend highly to others who needed somewhere near airport when travelling late at night.

Wanted to take some time to appreciate the excellent staff in this hotel. It was my first time and felt a lot more comfortable. And special thanks to the lovely lady Udara at the reception for making my stay memorable. The Room was spotless. I loved the restaurant ambiance and breakfast was amazing as well. Can’t wait to go back.

I really had an enjoyable stay at Novotel Birmingham Airport Hotel and it was my first time staying there. I would like to mention Gabbi as one of the staff in the hotel that makes my stay even more comfortable by delivering the best service that I could ever imagine. She was very attentive and helpful during my stay, she helped me a couple times for my room service orders and I like the way how she interacts with the customers, not only over the phone but also in person, and she also makes sure that everything is well taken care of.

We had dinner in the restaurant and the staff were so attentive. With a special mention for Maria who looked after us so well. From the greeting at the front door to the we felt valued as visitors. I will come back soon! Many thanks for the excellent service.

Booked a room before a flight. 2min walk to departures is perfect. Check in was swift and very polite. Rooms clean and amazing comfy bed. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. The 2 ladies serving, Katie & Tracy were fun polite and definitely went the extra mile. Thank you for the milk.xx After learning of a flight delay reception gave us complimentary time in our room. Hats off all the staff. Amazing team, wonderful hotel. Thank you all. Xx

you Cannot have a better location for the airport Restaurant service is excellent with a good choice of food and children's menu. The rooms have everything you need to charge your devices, beds are very comfortable. 👍

Pela primeira vez, a conclusão primeiro: para um hotel de aeroporto, deixa uma impressão duradoura em mim, e isso é dizer alguma coisa. A menos de quatro minutos a pé do aeroporto, recepção super funcional, quartos com espaço suficiente e ar condicionado funcionando e móveis de alta qualidade, bom restaurante com serviço muito atencioso e um jantar de alta qualidade e um bom café da manhã estilo intercontinental. Algo assim deixa uma impressão duradoura em mim e também compensa o caótico aeroporto de Birmingham.

O hotel é perfeito para quem visita o NEC ou precisa do aeroporto e as instalações, comida e quartos são ótimos. A razão pela qual não posso deixar uma avaliação de cinco estrelas desta vez é porque o hotel tinha uma equipe ridiculamente curta. Não conseguimos fazer o check-in até depois das 20h (o check-in deveria ser a partir das 15h), a espera no bar foi longa e, embora já tivéssemos pago pelos quartos através da nossa empresa, eles exigiram que pagássemos novamente! No entanto, fomos reembolsados no dia seguinte, e o número limitado de funcionários que estavam lá estavam tentando o seu melhor. Katya, em particular, foi super prestativa e forneceu um atendimento excepcional ao cliente.

Localização conveniente, quartos agradáveis, mas o serviço no bar/restaurante era muito lento. Depois que uma fila muito grande se formou e nenhum funcionário do bar foi visto após 10 minutos de espera, fui à caça para encontrar todos os funcionários em uma reunião de equipe no outro restaurante no local. Uma vez que pedi serviço, eles rapidamente vieram. Bebidas e comida eram muito, muito caras para o que obtivemos. Eu ficaria lá novamente devido à localização quando vai de férias no entanto, eu não iria comer lá novamente.

Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. A decoração é um pouco temperamental acolhedora. A localização é incrível se você acabou de desembarcar ou pegar um voo ✈️ os preços são razoáveis, considerando que você está a um pulo do aeroporto

I was staying while attending an event at the NEC. Some of what I disliked will not be relevant to anyone booking this hotel because they are taking a flight from the airport.I have never stayed in a hotel with zero information in the room before. Not even a room service menu. I didn't like that.It took over an hour and two calls to reception to get a remote for the TV. And even longer to source a menu. The food was decent, but overpriced (even by typical room service standards). Breakfast wasn't any better.The location is fantastic for the airport but terrible for the NEC.The shower was cramped, lukewarm, and had poor water pressure.The staff were friendly but not very capable, it seemed.I don't plan to stay here again.

If flying early from Birmingham Airport,we stay at this hotel. We booked in the restaurant for evening meal. We thought we had lost the booking as we walked over to check in and leave our bags. We were held up in the airport due to a problem they were sorting out for a family. We walked back and the table was still available and it was no problem. We enjoyed a lovely meal. It was my granddaughter's 21st birthday.The waitress surprised us with a brownie with a candle for the birthday girl and sang happy birthday. It was a lovely thought.

Convenient location, nice rooms but the service in the bar/restaurant was very slow. After a very large queue had formed and no bar staff to be seen after 10 mins of waiting I went on the hunt to find all staff in a team meeting in the other restaurant on site. Once I asked for service they quickly come over though. Drinks and food were very very expensive for what we got. I'd stay there again due to the location when going on holiday however I wouldn't eat there again.

The hotel is perfect for those visiting the NEC or needing the airport and the facilities, food and rooms are great. The reason I can’t leave a five star review this time is because the hotel was ridiculously short staffed. We were unable to check in until after 8pm (check in was meant to be from 3pm), the wait at the bar was long and although we had paid for rooms already via our company, they demanded we pay again! However, we were refunded the following day, and the limited number of staff who were there, were trying their best. Katya in particular was super helpful and provided exceptional customer service.

Staff are very polite and helpful. The decor is moody bit welcoming. The locations is amazing if you have just landed or are take a flight ✈️ prices are reasonable considering you're a hop away from the airport

Always stay here if flying early from Birmingham. It has the best location. literally across the road from the terminal and the rooms and beds are great. Also has a lovely bar and restaurant and the staff are excellent too. What more could you need.

One night stop before a very early flight. Mostly very clean rooms but it did have a long dark hair in the bath that was not one of ours and one of the towels was a bit stained so we didn't use it. Lobby and restaurant lookedlovely. Good choice for a quick stop over

This is a fairly standard older style Novotel which is really handy for the airport. I can't think of any other reason to stay at this one, although since the airport has good rail links around the country I guess it could work for a longer stay. Beds are comfy, room well sound proofed. Decent stay.

Great location in close proximity to the airport. Ample parking space on site. Rooms are very well presented and have the basic amenities for a night's stay prior to or after a flight.

El hotel esta muy bien, y el personal que trabaja muy atento, pero le pongo 3 estrellas ya que no me hicieron la habitacion ni cambio de toallas ni nada. Hay que avisar en recepcion si quieres que te limpien la habitacion. NO ME HANIA PASADO ESTO EN MI VIDA. Igual que si no avisas no te dan desayuno... espero que sea por el covid.

Fuimos a una feria en el NEC y es muy cómodo en cuánto a ubicación Tienes un servicio de tren ligero gratuito hasta el NEC.El desayuno poco variado, pero de calidad. Te recomiendo que pidas leche caliente, sino te la sirven muy fría.La habitación no era muy grande. El baño era casi imposible de utilizar muy pequeño ( había que echarse a un lado para entrar y salir) Para poco tiempo te hace un apaño.
