“The room was nice but lacked a microwave. The resort fee was supposed to include TV internet and mine room never worked. When I asked the first day, was told they are working on in, a week later they were still working in it Three days before I leaveam told it was not available on the third floor, next door's didn't work either. The manager did offer to move me to another room but I felt that was too late and he agreed to credit my bill with four days fee. That was disappointing. It was impossible to get near the pool in the afternoon, as all the lounge chairs were taken up by sun tanners who weren't swimming. A very positive experience with Mary Ann at Pleasant Holiday . she booked our tour to the Polynesian Cultural center and went out of her way to ensure a wonderful experience.The hotel is close to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. The staff very pleasant.”
