“We stayed there on Feb 23, 24. KATHY helped us at the check in counter and she is super friendly and helpful. We got to check in early because there's availability and also was offered late check out because we are Platinum member. The ocean view room was at the high floor and it was amazing. Our daughter was so happy! Highly recommend this hotel and a huge shout out to Kathy!!”
