“Good hotel not cheap but worth it. CVS vending machine needs to be maintained and it would be nice for it to have its own parking without having to pay extra but I guess that's any downtown hotel flaw. A/C did not get ice cold but still worked, and the shower handle to switch from wall to ceiling shower head unscrewed itself when going counter clockwise. Other than that perfect stay.”

“Great location especially for the conference center. The service was good and rooms are clean and comfortable. Only major complaints are 1) the daily "resort fee" or "urban fee"... wish they would just roll it into the cost of the room so it doesn't feel so nickle & dime, and 2) the pool is TINY. this is not a pool for swimming sadly... the pictures do not tell the truth.
Super cool patio though! That lounge outside area is awesome”
