“The staff here went above and beyond for me. I need some extra help and 3 different staff members helped me without hesitation. They really made my stay comfortable and the rooms are large and very clean. Great showers and a comfy bed. I review hotels all the time and often reviews are generated from bots or staff but this is a real review.”

“Stayed here for work, Clara in the front desk was very helpful and charming. The room was a bit dated but the bed was comfortable. The views of downtown Phoenix was good. There is a $25 charge to your room but if you use it for bike rentals, yoga class on Eighty8 or food, then it’s worth while. I took yoga and my feedback if that if the hotel gong to work with a studio, they should have all the details as how to take it. I had to research if I needed to sign up for it and the yoga studio asked for a “card” that I was supposed to receive from Westin but didn’t, (thankfully the yoga place was accommodating). The friendly staff is really what makes this a good location.”
