“For such a highly rated hotel, it has its challenges. Overall, the facilities are nice and pleasant. The staff is very helpful. However, the walls are paper thin. I did not enjoy listening to my neighbors TV or her practicing her signing for an hour. It was so loud, I thought the had parked themselves outside my room and we just torturing me. I had to break down and pull out my ear plugs. If you have ever stayed at a Westin, you know what a "Heavenly Bed" is, this is the opposite. It's is like sleep on a church pew. Proceed with caution. Nice facilities, crew but some definite drawbacks.”
