This hotel is nearly perfect, I stayed in Ritz hotels before and the quality of service is almost similar. All staff speak English and they are going above and beyond in helping you and making your stay comfortable. Free breakfast is amazing, excellent variety with amazing pastries and delicious coffee. Seen restaurant on 23rd floor seems to be a local attraction with great views of Sao Paulo. Location is great you are a block away from Paulista with malls, restaurants, subway stations and all the offices. Only few small things I didn't like.First is the size of water bottles you get in the room, when you check in the give you two small 11 oz bottles of water and that's it, water bottles in the mini bar are even smaller, so I was going to the store next door to buy large bottles of water once a day. Second problem is quite a thin walls, one morning couple in the room next to mine had some heated argument and it felt like they're standing next to me, keep it in mind in case you are sensitive to noise. I will certainly come back to Tivoli, great impression overall.

This is an excellent place to stay while visiting Sao Paulo. It features two excellent bars and restaurants and the location is excellent. I would have given it a 5 star except that the building is a little long in tooth, and the staff was a bit aloof for my liking to command the price per night they are asking.

One of the best Hotels in the south atmosphere! Some of the best restaurants in the world can be found inside the hotel! World class gym also available! Lots of tourists attractions around the neighborhood! Very well located and with easy access to most parts of town by private or public transportation! A must if you really want to experience Jardins neighborhood! Lots of restaurants and pubs around the hotel too!

For such a highly rated hotel, it has its challenges. Overall, the facilities are nice and pleasant. The staff is very helpful. However, the walls are paper thin. I did not enjoy listening to my neighbors TV or her practicing her signing for an hour. It was so loud, I thought the had parked themselves outside my room and we just torturing me. I had to break down and pull out my ear plugs. If you have ever stayed at a Westin, you know what a "Heavenly Bed" is, this is the opposite. It's is like sleep on a church pew. Proceed with caution. Nice facilities, crew but some definite drawbacks.

My wife and I stayed here our first two nights into our honeymoon. The staff was incredibly professional and the service was top of the line! The view from our room was stunning and the view from Seen was even better. I would recommend this timeless hotel to anyone visiting Sao Paulo.

Gostei muito do espaço. Aconchegante, mantendo um distanciamento razoável entre as mesas. Música ao vivo com a cantora Teresa Dalme que tem uma voz maravilhosa e com um repertório incrível. O volume da música era mediano, o que ajudou a ouví-la bem e poder conversar na mesa com tranquilidade. As bebidas e comidinhas estavam deliciosas. Os preços são altos, mas compatíveis com o padrão do hotel. Fica uma sugestão para que, assim como faz o restaurante Seen, adotar comandas individuais. Este sistema é essencial num local que é frequentado por grupos de pessoas onde cada um controla e paga apenas o que consumiu. Isto dá a liberdade decada um escolher o quanto está disposto a gastar. No meu caso acabou ficando uma diferença na conta e uma das pessoas assumiu o valor à mais, o que causou um constrangimento no grupo.

Hotel 5 estrelas. As áreas comuns são fantásticas: frente do hotel, lobby, recepção. Bares-restaurantes: Must, no térreo, com mesas junto à piscina e Seen, no topo, com DJ. Quartos dignos de 5 estrelas. A uma quadra da Av.Paulisra. Recomendo.

The front desk staff are excellent, they all are very polite and helpful people with excellent English. Although the general impression of staying at this hotel was spoiled by the fact that the hotel charges payment for coffee in the room. At the same time the hotels provides only two tiny bottles of drinking water. It's can be called not hospitality but empafia (meanness) only. My colleagues and me have visited many hotels around the world and for the first time we witness the hotel charging for coffee in the room.

Service was absolutely exceptional from every member of staff. I booked this hotel because I thought they would take good care of my mother who is older and has some health problems. Exceeded my expectations. Staff were extremely proactive, efficient, warm, polite, unassuming, and discrete. I am grateful and very happy to have chosen this hotel

I stayed at Tivoli for one night and it was absolutely awesome! The room is really well equipped, the bed was super comfortable, the staff was really thoughtful and the breakfast was amazing. The only improvement should be the walls sound proof system. We had a loud room neighbor and we could hear everything. Thank God they stopped the noise before sleep time, besides that, everything exceeded my expectations.

Room and Staff were brilliant. I will return. Minor issues with valet and room service- attentiveness to detail was lacking in these areas. Thankfully, the overall stay was not diminished. Newer Health Protocols are impressive with the exception of breakfast dining area...

Es un hotel caro, pero lo vale. Ya el edificio es muy bonito y llamativo. Es muy comodo y la atención es excelente. Arriba tiene un bar con vista a la ciudad, atienden muy bien y todos muy amables. A una o dos cuadras de Av Paulista.
