A worker referred a COVID Test service come to the room for convenience and charged a lot of money. We never got the test results. It was a scam from the Taxi Worker from the same hotel. Room was not that clean as well.

As others have posted the airport shuttle is non-existent. Should have read the reviews before booking. Constantly having to haggle even for getting towels. Allegedly there is some area ordinance that “explains” why they can’t use the shuttle.

One of the worst hotel experiences that I've had in my life: the hotel staff doesn't care at all about the customers. We booked a night and a breakfast included. The "breakfast" was a TABLESPOON of scrambled eggs and a tablespoon of beans. It's not a joke! This is the full portion provided for each guest and you are NOT allowed to ask for more (we did ask but they seriously refused to give more than that!). From this perspective, be prepared to have no breakfast. The second thing was the elevator which was broken down when we arrived but they refused to help with the luggage in any way (or at least offer a little bit of empathy). Plus even though it is an airport hotel, you need a not so cheap taxi to get there. If I knew all this before, I would definitely NOT book this hotel. I hope it helps other people to make the right decision.

Está a diez minutos del aeropuerto, las habitaciones son aseadas, la atención es normal e incluye desayuno continental. Al lado de la recepción hay una persona encargada del servicio de taxi al aeropuerto que cobra 200 MXN por pax. Me pareció excesivo entonces camine 5 minutos y encontré un taxi que me llevó a mitad de precio.

El infierno en la tierra. La peor experiencia de hotel que vas a tener. Para empezar, si quieres alojarte para estar cerca del aeropuerto, no merece la pena. El taxi te cuesta lo mismo que desde cualquier otro lado (20 euros por 4 minutos) y aunque ponga que incluye traslado, no es verdad. A nivel instalaciones, la ducha es una tubería sin agua caliente ni alcachofa ni cristales, se inunda el baño. Luego te ponen el aire a 17 grados y no te dan el mando. Tuvimos que dormir con ropa térmica y dos sudaderas y enfermamos. Las camas incomodísimas. Se oye todo por el pasillo. La autopista se oye toda la noche. Imposible dormir con el ruido. Y el personal no puede ser más desagradable. Un horror.

Dont make a mistake trusting those pictures. They are not actual at all. You ll have no or very poor wifi, 1 only towel for all your needs, very expensive taxi 40$ to get to the airport or whatever you go, no shuttle as promised. Only one restorant to find a food is across the highway, so good luck and run fast between cars. The price of the room like in Miami though😒

Room was ok but there is definitely not a free airport shuttle as advertised which was my main reason for booking this hotel in the first place. 100% false advertising on the Google page. Also the TV didn't work.

The shuttle came for us 50 minutes after we called them and it was a 5 minute ride to the hotel. The hotel is very basic in a very industrial area with next to nothing nearby within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable but really nothing to write home about at all

Estive por 05 dias hospedado, no meu quarto várias lâmpadas queimadas, a TV estava literalmente quebrada, faltando pedaço inclusive. A limpeza deixa a desejar em vários aspectos. Não havia Café da Manhã de nenhuma forma, a área do spa está fechada. Quando fui tomar banho não havia a Ducha do banheiro, o qual, após eu reclamar colocaram imediatamente. NÃO RECOMENDO.

Affordable place for a short stay. They are doing renovations so The room was pretty new but small. The front desk was friendly. But there is no rooftop bar and jacuzzi, still under construction I guess. No food.

Reservamos este hotel con 5 días de anticipación, mediante Booking.com. Llegamos después de 21 horas de vuelo con nuestro bebé de 6 meses y nos cancelaron la habitación 2 horas antes de nuestro checkin. Sin opcion de darnos otra habitación! Decepcionado del personal por no apoyarnos en esta situación, una pena este caso para la cadena Faifield &Marriott

El servicio deja que desear, wifi demasiado intermitente, comedor cerrado, toallas mínimas no importando No de ocupantes de habitación, no todas las habitaciones cuentan con una silla o cafetera, lector de llave en habitación pésimo! Indicabandesayuno incluido (REALIDAD. Un plato fruta, sanwich y un café.) como indique antes Cerrado el comedor Cierto es que para estar una noche es tan solo pasable. Y para la cereza del pastel, Encargados de recepción Apáticos en persona y cero amables telefónicamente!

RUN AWAY! These people are scam artists. Do not book here. They tell you that there's an airport shuttle but in reality the only pick you up from the airport and not take you there. They have a taxi man that's there but he overcharges you. This hotel is also not near anything really if you want to go to a restaurant it's almost impossible to catch a taxi from the hotel so you're forced to use the taxi service that's there. Also there's a lot of false advertisement there is no rooftop like there is on the website.

By far one of the worst hotels in Cancun , no Wifi , no shuttle, they barely ever pick up the phone. When we arrived the entrance had piles of trash next to it , some of the lights were out, it definitely does not look like the pictures online. I would not ever stay there again. It looks like a crack motel.

It's a nice and simple place. You get what you paid for. Excellent for a stop by the road. Food is not recommended at this time and you probably prefer to buy coffee from the store.

No hay servicio de Transfer delaeropuerto al hotel. En sí recomiendo el hotel para una estadía de una noche. El personal siempre fue amable! El hotel es pet friendly, mas debes pagar un monto extra por tu mascota.

Un hotel de negocios sin wifi en habitaciones tienes que estar en el lobby donde solo hay un sillón. Un centro de negocios que no tiene sillas y siempre cerrado. Con desayuno incluido pero con el restaurante cerrado, te ponen una cafetera en el cuarto pero ni un sobre de azúcar o café. Las instalaciones descuidadas, la chapa descompuesta y el baño sin agua. Así la experiencia de hotel de negocios me tuve que salir a reservar otro hotel por que no se puede trabajar ahí. No lo recomiendo

Todo empezó mal ya que dice traslado aeropuerto hotel y este no decía que tenía algún costo, lo siguiente la regadera estaba sucia y salía mal olor del baño, el piso del elevador estaba sucio durante mi estadía eso solo lo limpiaron un dia. Un día llegó y quieres descansar ah y que paso estaban martilla y martilla o sea es un sitio de descanso y si van hacer trabajos al menos deberían informar, me quejo y solo dicen ah tranquila ya casi terminan o sea.

Pior hotel da vida. Não tem Internet nem transfer, como eles falam. Tudo mentira. Café da manhã é um box com um sanduíche horroroso e melancia, somente. O café parece água suja. Chuveiro entupido, a água só pinga. Péssima experiência.

Pésimo servicio, nos ofrecieron todo y una vez allí, no internet, no televisión, no desayuno. Además no entra Uber allí y los taxis carísimos a donde sea. Los cuartos sin lámpara, no hay secadora de pelo, no Agua embotellada. Alberca y vista al mar 🤣 ya ni les platico... en fin No lo recomiendo. Es una ESTAFA

Llegas al loby y apesta a orines ( por q no sirve el baño ) , el elevador no tiene luz y llegué de noche,no hay WiFi , la televiciónno sirve, las toallas más viejas q nada , la verdad me quedé por q mañana sale mi vuelo a las 6 de la msñana y ya son casi las 12, pero jámas regresaré aquí. El costo por noche el día de hoy $ 1116.00 no se si i cluya desayuno, pero la verdad ni lo tomaría !!!

Nada de lo que ven en el sitio web es cierto! Las fotos están lejos de la realidad! No sirve el internet, no TV ni el AC. Tampoco tienen shuttle, ni desayuno!! Nos cambiaron del primero cuarto porque no servía el AC y faltaba un pedazo de puerta en la regadera. Y aparte el personal con mala cara. Pero en vez de cama King nos dieron dos camas. Las sábanas de una de las camas tenían manchas por todos lados. Quisimos bañarnos y cuando entramos nos dimos cuenta que nisiquiera habian limpiado la regadera!! El piso estaba manchado de jabón. El espejo todo rayado. Las paredes con grietas. La puerta del clóset también tenía un golpe. Las toallas parece que se van a deshacer. El shuttle no es por parte del hotel, se tiene que pagar $400 pesos aparte. El desayuno es un vil sandwich con cualquier pedacito de fruta y café negro. Malísimo ! No sé hospeden aquí. Hay lugares mucho mejores alrededor.

No food, no water and no wifi. Ask for anything, they direct you to the convenience store behind the hotel. The receptionist who works there during the day is least bothered. Avoid booking this hotel!

A pior sensação que já tive na vida, o hotel vende mentiras quando fala que tem Wi-Fi e transfer gratuito para o aeroporto. Não tem Wi-Fi, muito menos transfer atendimento horrível, lugar super sujo, comida sem opções e cheiro ruim!!!! SE VOCÊ TEM AMOR NA VIDA, FUJA DESSE HOTEL!!!!!

The website linked to this add it's a scam. I made a reservation through that website and never received an email confirmation. Then I proceeded to call the hotel and they assured that they didn't have any reservation. For a whole week I was asking and they told me that it was a scam.

No Internet,no TV, No fridge, No towels, no safe box... Would NOT Spend a single noght there. Front desk, he did what he can, Ownership won't provide either a safe environment or anything to help. Don't waste your money. Comfort inn should remove their brand immediately!!!

Infelizmente a agência fez confusão nas datas da quarentena para irmos ao EUA e como era apenas um dia, a agência nos hospedou aqui. Informou no site que tinha translado, foi pago e ñ tinha. Atendente mal educado, ñ tem paciência nas explicações, ñ tem internet, sem TV, chuveiro quebrado e enferrujado, sai água de apenas um lado e nem cardápio para refeições tinha. Tem ar e é excelente. Reforço como era apenas para umas horas para pegar nosso vôo foi melhor do que ficar nas cadeiras dura do aeroporto, masnãovale o que pagamos.

Bang for buck you really can't beat it. Enrique was courteous, and took good care of us when we stayed there. Yes, the place could use some updates but you can't ask for much at this price range. I met our needs for a place to sleep and get on with our activities. Literally next door to the airport. I would like to recommend management to service the ac unit coils that could make guests more happy, and save the hotel energy $$$$. It would be a win win for both.

Ficamos somente 1 noite, pois chegamos de madrugada, e no dia seguinte partiriamos ao resort. O transfer não foi nos buscar, tivemos que pagar um táxi super caro. Hotel controlado por um cartel de taxistas mau intencionados. Hotel horrível, quarto sujo, tudo imundo. Água do chuveiro com cheiro de esgoto. Café da manhã deu nojo, vomitamos depois de comer o pão com presunto e queijo que nos deram (sim, o café da manhã é somente 1 pão com presunto para cada pessoa) pois o presunto estava azedo. hospedagem para 3 pessoas, e só tinha 2 toalhas, pedimos mais uma e não fomos atendidos. Na saída pedi um Uber, e 3 homens que eram responsávis pela recepção do hotel brigaram muito comigo, gritando e falando coisas que não entendia, e me fizeram atravessar uma rodovia movimentada (com carros a 100km/h) com 4 malas e um bebê de 1 ano, para que o Uber nos pegasse do outro lado. Saímos de lá sob ameaças. Se teme por sua vida e não quer estragar sua viagem, fuja desse lixo.

Shuttle is from airport only, not to airport. Zero hot water(so shaving my goosebumps was FUN!), TV has no reception, two bath size towels are all the room has, many light bulbs missing or burnt out, because of covid we were told dining wasn't open and received a take out styrofoam container that had a dry bologna sandwich and watermelon(school cafeteria food is better!) The website picture of the motel must be very old because it is beat up and sign is broken and hanging. However, it was clean, air conditioning worked, and a little taco stand down the road is awesome!(after you dodge 4 lanes of heavy traffic on foot, lol!) But that is the only food around and it is not an area you would walk around to kill time. Everything else is 20 min taxi ride away for 25$ minimum. We just stayed one night at the beginning and end of our 10 day trip because our resort stay and flights didn't quite line up, but don't think we ever would again.

DO NOT BOOK! No hot water. When we checked in the lady said the recent hurricane caused the hot water to go out. But reading the reviews, It looks like the hot water has been out for months! So she lied to us as we checked in. We asked why couldn’t they advise us prior to arriving after we paid a taxi. She said they were not able to do that. So we had no choice but to check in because it was 9pm at night already. She didn’t know what to do and we are tourists so we know less than her. We had no choice. Good thing we are only here one night. We only chose this hotel because it was closest to the airport and thats the only good thing about this hotel.
