“Room was ok but there is definitely not a free airport shuttle as advertised which was my main reason for booking this hotel in the first place. 100% false advertising on the Google page. Also the TV didn't work.”

“One of the worst hotel experiences that I've had in my life: the hotel staff doesn't care at all about the customers. We booked a night and a breakfast included. The "breakfast" was a TABLESPOON of scrambled eggs and a tablespoon of beans. It's not a joke! This is the full portion provided for each guest and you are NOT allowed to ask for more (we did ask but they seriously refused to give more than that!). From this perspective, be prepared to have no breakfast. The second thing was the elevator which was broken down when we arrived but they refused to help with the luggage in any way (or at least offer a little bit of empathy). Plus even though it is an airport hotel, you need a not so cheap taxi to get there. If I knew all this before, I would definitely NOT book this hotel. I hope it helps other people to make the right decision.”
