“We had an amazing time here. The staff were so welcoming, the rooms are brilliant and the buffet is excellent! The pool was clean and lovely as it was so hot! It was my birthday while we were there and they provided us with a cake and bubbly which I thought was very kind! If I return to Dubrovnik, I will definitely be returning to the Rixos Premium Hotel. 😊”

“1. Actual room doesn't match pictures, in particular balcony is significantly smaller.
2. Our selected room type wasn't available upon check-in so they had to downgrade the room the first night and refused to offer adequate compensation, and overall communication and sympathy has been poor.
3. Service and attention in general (pool, restaurants) is mediocre, not bad but not 5-star worthy
4. Hotel overall is big and nice, great views, comfortable bed, great AC and water pressure, in-room coffee. Bathrooms and overall decor are a little antiquated though”
