O café da manhã é bem bandeijão, não é nada ruim, mas também nada excelente.Tomar um expresso ou um cappuccino é bem difícil.A estrutura é bem bacana pra um banho no Adriático.

O sistema de ar condicionado faz um barulho infernal mesmo quando nao está ligado. A solução foi um tecnico deligar a canalizacao o que por um lado silenciou o barulho incomodo, por outro impossibilitou refrescar o quarto. Ja se sente o desgaste do hotel em diversos pormenores. Achei demasiado caro para o serviço prestado.

Tem uma localização privilegiada: cerca de 20 minutos a pé da cidade velha; facilidade no acesso a uma praia quase exclusiva para clientes do hotel; e para quem não quiser experimentar o mar duas piscinas, uma piscina panorâmica exterior e outra intérior. O ginásio e sobretudo o spa fantástico concluem este ramalhate. Quarto generoso, cama enorme, vista panorâmica sobre a costa.

Precioso hotel situado a 20 minutos andando del casco viejo de Dubrovnik, alejado de ruidos y masas de gente.Decoración moderna y estudiada y con zonas amplísimas, con mucha luz y grandes ventanales con vistas al mar, al cual tiene acceso directo privado. Cuenta con piscina exterior, zona de hamacas, piscina climatizada, mesa de pádel,...Fantástico el spa, al que acudimos dos días consecutivos. Tanto los masajes individuales como a cuatro manos realizados con una muy buena intensidad, en salas (en nuestro caso dobles) muy amplias y bien acondicionadas en camillas extremadamente cómodas.Como pega, el primer día preguntamos por el acceso al circuito y no nos informaron sobre ello, no sé si pudo ser un problema de entendimiento por parte de la persona de recepción. La segunda tarde después del masaje volvimos a preguntar por la opción de reservar acceso al resto de instalaciones, y entonces nos informaron que estaba incluido en el precio del tratamiento y podíamos acceder ilimitadamente. Esto es algo que en todos los spas informan desde el principio, ya que además en este caso es muy completo y merece la pena pasar un buen rato en él.Desayuno espectacular, uno de los hoteles con más variedad en el que he estado.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to surprise my partner and I with a bottle of champagne on our balcony for our honeymoon on arrival. Immaculate grounds and amazing food. Our room was beautiful and overlooked the sea. The air conditioning in the rooms works well and the mattress was very comfortable. Worth every bit of the price to stay here; you won’t be disappointed. Definitely will be back!

Gran Hotel buenas instalaciones, muy correcto. Tienen un parking enfrente. Varios restaurantes y hasta casino. Tienen zona de baño al mar. No esperéis una playa. Son unas escaleras pero se agradecen

We had an amazing time here. The staff were so welcoming, the rooms are brilliant and the buffet is excellent! The pool was clean and lovely as it was so hot! It was my birthday while we were there and they provided us with a cake and bubbly which I thought was very kind! If I return to Dubrovnik, I will definitely be returning to the Rixos Premium Hotel. 😊

We stayed at this amazing hotel in November and absolutely loved it! Breakfast was really delicious. The staff made our stay so much better. Everyone spoke good English. The breach was nice and old town is close by. Definitely wanna come back here.

1. Actual room doesn't match pictures, in particular balcony is significantly smaller. 2. Our selected room type wasn't available upon check-in so they had to downgrade the room the first night and refused to offer adequate compensation, and overall communication and sympathy has been poor. 3. Service and attention in general (pool, restaurants) is mediocre, not bad but not 5-star worthy 4. Hotel overall is big and nice, great views, comfortable bed, great AC and water pressure, in-room coffee. Bathrooms and overall decor are a little antiquated though

The hotel is extremely beautiful, very modern decor and the views are incredible. The pool has a lovely atmosphere and we loved that we could jump straight into the sea. However, the service left a lot to be desired for a 5 star hotel. Many of the staff were not attentive or particularly friendly and it was difficult to get anyone’s attention to order food or drinks. Paulina at breakfast was exceptionally lovely though! In addition to this the drinks are priced extortionately and double the price of any other bars in the area (over £8 for a pint). This put us off staying in the hotel and buying dinner or drinks, preferring to go elsewhere. In addition to this we got engaged whilst staying at the hotel which my partner did notify the hotel about. We did not get so much as a congratulations from any of the staff - this again is very disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

We stayed for four nights 9-12 May 2022, we had to pinch our selves that we were staying here.The hotel is amazing, great modern feel, the facilities are breath-taking, along with the indoor and outdoor pools and access to the sea.The rooms are generous with amazing views of the sea and Lokram Island.All the staff we came into contact where very friendly and accommodating.They always had smiles on their faces and worked really hard to make our stay comfortable.The breakfast experience was also memorable, I have never had so much choice before.I was not used to this level of service and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel.I have seen Dubrovnik and may not return, but if I want to book a relaxing stay in a hotel in the world.......I would definitely consider booking to stay in this hotel on its own merits.Superb.Thank you Rixos!

The highlight of our Dubrovnik holiday. Our family of four with 2 toddlers stayed at this beautiful hotel, perfectly situated at the best location in Dubrovnik. It's a beach-front property with several cabanas for you to enjoy the sun & scenery. Our favorite area is the Spa which is well-equipped and modern. The pool is decent with free towels to use for the guests. Btw, there is inside and outside pool. There is no kid's pool which is a downside. The breakfast is very good with plenty of quality selections. The dinner is themed so it's different every time. I highly suggest you to take the dinner at the hotel as well. It's very good quality and super tasty. There's a playing area next to the restaurant for the toddlers so you can enjoy your food while kids are playing. The staff are equally professional and friendly, not too much friendly which is good. The one thing I would suggest is to have changing diaper beds in the toilet area & kid's area. If they could add more indoor playground like those climbing ones, that would be perfect for families with little ones too. We would love to come back and book at this hotel in the future.

Service could be much better, seems like some simple doesn't want to work. The rooms are okay, nothing really special, but when you enter the bathroom, you realize renovation is required. It was simply skipped compared to rest of hotel. So in the end, hotel is not really the money worth. They do good advertising and good pictures. Food in restaurants is excellent, had some snacks at the pool, and sushi, all was great food.

Un hotel cinco estrellas de verdad, verdad. La atención al detalle es increíble, la amabilidad y el trato del personal fue inmejorable. La habitación tenía unas vistas extraordinarias al mar adriático y el hotel se encuentra a apenas 20 minutos andando del centro de Dubrovnik. Los desayunos son abundantes y deliciosos, las cenas son exquisitas y variadas. Creo que jamás me he alojado en un sitio mejor que este.

Las instalaciones del hotel están bastante anticuadas, no es comparable con un hotel de 5 estrellas de los que tenemos en España. Lo peor de este hotel son las medidas de seguridad contra el covid19 ya que no usan la mascarilla y los trabajadores van la mayoría con la nariz por fuera o mascarilla en el cuello, en el desayuno muchos clientes cogiendo la comida en el buffet sin guantes ni mascarilla... Como uno esté contagiado nos contagiaremos todos. Como aspecto positivo destacar el restaurante Umi teppanyaki que aunque es caro para nosotros ha sido lo mejor del hotel. También destacar la atención recibida por Mari Miljas fue la única que se preocupó de nuestra mala experiencia e intentó solventarlo.
