“The worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying at. The rooms are overpriced, the food is horrendous and the staff are quite possibly the rudest people I’ve ever met. During difficult times in Cusco during the current pandemic, I’ve never come across people so unsympathetic and selfish and quick to make money from other people’s misery.”
