A equipe do hotel é muito amistosa e prestativa. O serviço certamente é 4 estrelas. As instalações, entretanto, são um pouco antigas, mas os quartos são amplos e limpos. Destaque para as toalhas grandes e macias. Para quem gosta de compras, o hotel fica bem em frente a um centro comercial com preços melhores que os das lojas da Plaza de Armas.

Hotel muito bonito e bem localizado. Tem ótimo restaurante e os funcionários são extremamente cordiais. Quarto muito bom também, entretanto a temperatura da água no chuveiro oscilava.

Lugar muito bom, agradável, atendem muito bem, fazem tudo pra facilitar a vida do turista, inclusive, fornecem um PAC de café da manhã, no caso de saídas de passeio muito cedo, chamam táxi com preço bom, em fim, recomendadíssimo!

Uno de los muy pocos hoteles en el Cusco que es espacioso, tranquilo, muy buena ubicación y sobre todo que tiene un amplio parqueo para poder entrar o salir del hotel.

Clean, big, beautiful places, good furniture in rooms, bathroom clean with enough towels, paper and hot water, air conditioning in rooms and a big bed, the dining room is big. Just improve meals

Muito bom. O atendimento é ótimo. De um lado os quartos são meio barulhentos por conta da estação próxima e dos trens q passam ao lado do hotel. Do outro lado tem quartos onde só se escuta o rio.

Está ubicado cerca del centro de Cuzco, 100% seguro. El hotel es excelente y su personal, exquisito. La Comida, típica de la zona, es riquísima y variada, sobretodo la fruta. Las habitaciones son enormes, con camas muy cómodas...quedamos encantados. Todo muy limpio y elegante. Puedes perderte en su decoración...y en sus desayunos 😉. Besos desde León, España.

El hotel es agradable, pero sobre todo tienen un excelente servicio. En mi estancia olvidé unas pertenencias y cuando volví por ellas unos días después me las devolvieron sin ningún problema. Muy confiable y recomendable!

Excelente atención del personal. Bien ubicado. A 6 cuadras del centro. Si no te gusta el bullicio está perfecto. Tiene detalles de categoría. Excelente relación precio/calidad

Excelente atención del personal, honesto y servicial. El mobiliario y equipamiento del hotel ya muestran el paso de los años, principalmente en baños. La ubicación es bastante buena

The worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying at. The rooms are overpriced, the food is horrendous and the staff are quite possibly the rudest people I’ve ever met. During difficult times in Cusco during the current pandemic, I’ve never come across people so unsympathetic and selfish and quick to make money from other people’s misery.

Beautiful hotel in sacred valley. Fabulous gardens and scenery all around. Hotel rooms were nice and rustic. Would definitely recommend staying here
